Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

The Staff was super friendly and the restroom was very clean. I paid $4.36/gl the Best deal so far!

Won a candy bar today. How fun. The gal at the counter really enjoys her job. She was really friendly and great to talk to. Refreshing place to fuel up.

I live 70 miles from Kingman. Whenever I come into town to do errands, last place I stop is Terrible Herbst for gas and cold drinks before I head home.

Good gas station and convenience store with competitive prices. Easy drive-through for quick fill-ups. Close to Route 40 exits/on-ramps.

Best place in town. Great people work there.

I go almost daily. Staff are very personable and friendly. The only concern is that the lot has massive holes and would benefit being repaved. Just be cautious driving and you'll be fine 🙂.

Fuel slightly higher than competitors but great customer service. Always convenient to get in and out.

Clean restrooms, gas pumps are a little slower but not that "terrible" to wait for.
Loved the display of the weather in the surrounding cities and the traffic advisory screens of the neighboring larger cities.
Another review mentioned being racially profiled, yes sadly one of the cashiers did seem to follow us even after purchasing gas and coming in to purchase snacks.

This place is terrible(kidding!) But jokes aside, I can't give anything under or over 3 stars. A number of pumps were out of service (reasons I never asked about why), and there are a ton of pot holes that are not shallow at all (maybe around 2-4 inches deep each) and are puddled with a brown sewage smelling water. Besides that, they have a deal to get a free medium fountain drink with and fuel purchase, the employees were kind to me, and the actual building itself didn't seem majority run down or unmaintained. My main concern is the potholes, which can be hazardous or a nuisance for people and vehicles. I'd come back, the gas is not too expensive compared to my home state California(coming back from road trip for pit stop here), but it wouldn't be too expensive or challenging to at least fill the potholes if the owner is considering a cheaper alternative to fixing up the lot a bit.

It's a gas station. Stroppy employees and a dirty restroom! Coffee was good though!
