Great experience start to finish! Pleasant, professional people were a joy to work with. The delivery people were friendly and told me they were glad I was doing better and to enjoy the rest of my day! You don’t hear that too often. I won’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

I took my parents here to get a power wheelchair for my father. My mother wanted me to pass along this:

On January 13 my husband and I went to Letourneau’s to investigate a mechanized wheelchair for him. We are elderly, and were wearing face masks as a precaution. Steven Simpson greeted us, and immediately asked whether he too should wear a mask. We replied, “No, that’s O.K.” - but he put one on anyway. I thought this to be kind and considerate to a patently vulnerable age group.

He then carefully pointed out the various advantages of the wheelchairs on display. When we indicated one of potential interest, he explained in detail its many features, and answered the innumerable questions from our son and from me regarding its operation. He did this in clear and concise language; he was patient, and obviously knowledgeable; and not once did he push a “hard sell”. After a long lifetime, I am not a naive shopper. I found Steven to be one of the most pleasant and efficient salesmen I have run across.

We bought the wheelchair in question, and I will recommend Letourneau’s, and this employee, to the nurse at the Jenks Senior Center in Winchester.

We very unexpectedly needed a lift chair ASAP. Letourneau’s helped us pick out the perfect chair and had it in our home next day. Angel and Jake were amazing during the delivery (even kept my crazy dog busy so I could help my bf into his brace and out of his old chair). Our salesperson (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) was patient and knowledgeable and even had a new chair ready to try when we returned the next day.

I had a total knee replacement and my PT said I needed a lift chair to sit/sleep while recovering. Since I was on the first level of my home I could not go upstairs to my bed. I called and the same day was delivered a Golden recliner and this thing is GREAT! The customer service was awesome Jake and Angel were very polite and helped me understand the chair. Thank you!

Dropped in for a vaccination. Everyone was helpful and efficient. I was all done in just a few minutes.

They were awesome I rented a chair after hip surgery last minute they brought the chair within 2 hrs. It was comfy and comfortable. They brought it in set it up and took it after a month seem less! They are super responsive to questions as well! 10/10 recommend

Purchased a Golden Lift Chair from Letournrau’s. Excellent service. Anthony took the time to fit my mother to the proper size chair. Answered all our questions. The best purchase!!! When the chair was delivered Luis and Angel were courteous. They set up the chair in the room and demonstrated the features.

I depend on my electric wheelchair the way healthy people depend on their legs. So when my chair malfunctioned, I knew I was in trouble! We didn’t know a thing about Letourneau’s when we arrived with my broken chair. Luis and his team knew exactly how to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts, gave me a loaner chair while we waited, and did an expert job repairing my chair for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. We have been dealing with letourneaus for an electric wheel chair since July 2023.
The entire sales team ,Chris, Steve, Anthony and Louis were very helpful and knowledgeable when we had questions they made us comfortable with their responses. What we liked was that they allow you to rent if you are not sure that you are keeping the equipment. If you decide to purchase it they apply half of the rental fees towards the purchase price.
The delivery person Angel was super. Going over the equipment when they delivered it. I would highly recommend
Them to deal with.

The team at Letourneau’s have been great everytime I needed medical supplies and compounded prescriptions but tonight Steve, Andrea and Alicia went above and beyond having a critical prescription ready in a matter of hours and waiting for me to get there to make sure we had it for the night. Great team!

Louis and Steven Jr. delivered my chair today. They were fantastic. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. 5 stars for these two gentlemen!

Excellent pharmacy with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! My pharmacist Andrea provided such a thoughtful explanation before a recent vaccination and answered all my questions (and I didn’t feel a thing!). Highly recommend.

This isn't the 1st time we walked in off the street and asked for vaccines and were greeted with "Sure" glad to help.
I now go to Letourneaus Pharmacy for all my vaccines and bring my elderly mother along as well. There are chain Pharmacies nearer to her home but the wait is forever long and the staff curt from what I can only imagine is being over worked. At Letourneaus no matter how busy they are and they are often extremely busy, they never let it show. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A+ experience, I will go here again whenever possible! Close to closing on a Saturday, I came in and the staff was helpful right away. Steven was AMAZING. He went through everything and didn't rush me, and he was hustling around helping others too. Chris and Alicia also helped out. Delivery was a breeze. Appreciate this local business!

Great customer service. I needed medication for my cat’s asthma and even though they were super busy when I dropped off the prescription, they made sure they had it ready as soon as possible so she could start to breathe better ASAP. Very much appreciated.

My husband had heart surgery, and I was worried he wouldn't be able to get comfortable once he got home. Letourneau's came to the rescue with a hospital bed, delivered quickly and set up in front of the TV with a VERY comfortable mattress. It made my husband's recovery so much easier and less painful during those critical first weeks. Once we no longer needed it, Letourneau's sent Elijah Cruz to disassemble it and pick it up. Elijah was very friendly and professional, and he was extra careful not to scratch the floors or bump the walls. Renting from Letourneau's was a completely positive experience in every way. Excellent service and communication (the ability to text is truly so valuable!) I got a thorough explanation of the medication. The pharmacist didn’t just state facts, she connected with me on a personal level. I’d fill all my prescriptions here!
