Kingman Police Department

My family and i are very appreciative of the Kingman Police Department in particular is a motorcycle cop who had helped us get out of a bad situation and turned it into an amazing situation. The officer who helped us not only helped our family move on and better ourselves but restore your faith in people now in days. So a big thanks to the Kingman Police Department and all of our support goes to you you are awesome.

You can trust the local police! And they will treat you with dignity and respect when you go to them for direction / advice for any question you may have!

I would like to thank the volunteers police in DUI DIVISION for a good job. I just wish they would do this more often besides just holidays. I also wish they would set up speed traps on Stockton hill road. Especially on saturdays. God bless all the police people !

I wanted to make a donation to the pumpkin patrol, but they said they were full up and didn't need it. I would have made a financial contribution, but I wasn't even given the option. I was disappointed. I really wanted to help treat the children of Kingman, but it seems they have all the support they need. Great for the children, personally sad they didn't need my help.

The police station personnel are very efficient and helpful. The police officers are generally very friendly and polite. I only had one (obvious rookie) that acted like he was on a felony espionage case or something when he came to serve my ex-roommate a visitation order from his ex-wife. When I told him that my roommate was not at home, he proceeded to ask if he could search my house. I told him no! Then, he went sneaking around the building, listening at the doors and windows. Lol! He reminded me of Hackleberry from Police Academy!

Asked about helping out while out of town. Immediate attention when asked to Chek ot out. They did.

BEWARE of this place. Very enticing, great band. Bartender eats behind the bar breaking all kinds of health codes.

Enjoyed the tasting until we had to call 911. The bartender s friend (self proclaimed by the bartender) caused a huge distraction next to us. She broke glass that wasn't from our table, so she must have brought it with her (as we were sitting in the corner away from the other tables).

Anyway, this friend of the bartender must have taken my purse. Jim Mills saw it hit the floor and asked me if I had my purse. I didn't. He went out back to see if he could find this person.

People found her. Next thing we know after calling 911, this attempted their brought the balloons back. After the police came, my purse miraculously appeared on another table.

The police came and since the bartender kept saying that nothing was stolen, they disappointed us with what felt like a lack of follow through. The Kingman Police Department needs to retrain the female officer. She was rude and combative. Protect and serve wasn't the mood, for sure. (We were asked ti leave the bar by the bartender. I guess calling the police and reporting a crime is undesirable).

What a disappointment that such a con disappointed our evening. We were literally discussing future trips here to try their hops. The customer service from the gas station Uber driver, and waitress at Grand Canyon Brewery do not reflect this rude and abusive behavior. Those three exceptions could and possibly should be employed by the Kingman Chamber of Commerce. They were over the top with personally and service.

Gratefully, I seem to have my belongings back and a nice bystander prayed with us.

But, buyers beware. I would avoid Black Bridge Brewery like the plague.

October 6th 2017 I was assaulted by a known drug dealer came into my house and and hit me in the police didn't do nothing to her and they know her very well her name is Randa Shepherd so is she really snitching on people or is she doing the police officers a big big favor like I've been told around here so I want to know why she got away with hitting some but an elderly person with the pacemaker which and every state is attempted murder and she told them I hit her first and I had a witness to everything and they still didn't do nothing to her so I really would like to know what is really going on? And this is why people have no respect for the law enforcement hearing in Mohave County while you are here some of the things I was told and and I was I'm not even a native Arizona I hate Arizona it sucks

Visiting family when they pulled me over for absolutely no reason at all. Claimed I illegally turned which if true that means every other car on that road illegally turns too. No sign prohibiting the turn. It's obvious he was just bored and wondering what someone with out of state plates was doing in Kingman. Let me go "with a warning" lol yeah because I didn't break the law and he saw my dash cam which would prove I did nothing wrong. Had me waiting in the freezing cold for 20-30 minutes just because he was curious. What ever happened to probable cause?

I can't understand why these guys get paid for doing nothing. Everyday I see cars running stop signs, red lights, no headlights on, no turn signals, driving down the middle lane, passing in the middle lane, going 50 and 60 in a 35, speeding in a school zone, driving with their brights on, driving to close behind you. Something needs to be fixed. I am a safe driver. I have almost gotten hit so many times it's scary. Thanks.

Typical bullies. They only protect people like them, loud obnoxious males with mob mentality. They pick and choose when they do their job and which ones based on their biases. Talk about abuse of power.

Killing a Police Dog just because they chose not to give him water is Criminal and someone needs to be held responsible for Animal Abuse. This is NOT acceptable.
