It is open enrollment time for Medicare and we went to the Medicare website to compare plans and see if we should change anything. It was a terrible experience, just general information and zero help. Then we said let's call Tina VanPhung. Life improved 100% with that call. Tina did comparisons that actually related to our situation, and found us an much better drug plan for 2023.
