Very kind and attentive staff. Always friendly and they have taken the time to get to know me over the last couple of years. I really appreciate what they have done to help me overcome my issues with tinitis as well as patiently educate me and answer all my questions. They truly are the best!

Tom is the best Audiologist. He listens patiently and finds a solution to make his patients happy in terms of their hearing needs. Hats off to Tom! Keep up the great work!

I just had my hearing tested for the first time. Very pleasant experience. The staff was very nice, the procedure quick and easy and I was given the detailed results immediately. The test was free!

Tom has been awesome with making sure I had the best fitting hearing aids. We had to make several tweaks (from the manufacturer) to get my aid working and fitting correctly, but he made it right for me. I really appreciate his hard work and effort. He is a great guy and truly a pleasure doing business with.

From wv on west travel and my hearing aid plug with wax and had no new ones. Tom fixed me up and done test to up grade them and no charge me. What a wonderful man. THANKS TOM !

I needed a couple adjustments and they were great about getting it done. These folks have amazing equipment, all state of the art. This is probably the best place I have ever done Business. This is such a nice establishment to get your ears cleaned and checked out. Unfortunately I’m not able to remember the doctors name at the moment, probably because of the wax build up, but he did a phenomenal job and I really appreciate the support. I am grateful for my improved hearing and will highly recommend this office to anyone. Such nice and helpful people there!

Have had some challenges but with the latest staffing changes they have made things a lot better.

I was trying to fit a new pair of hearing aids. Good equipment, and thorough test. Good attitude too. This is the first step involving Test. I am still waiting for the arrival of my hearing aids for fit up to give a complete review. So far so good.

9/8/2022 The new hearing aids have arrived. The audiologist was very paitient fitting it to my need. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Ranada is awesome and and knowledgeable . Always pleasant and efficient! Had an issue with my charger not working and took forever ! Two and a half weeks! It suddenly arrived after I called to find out where it was!!! Not super great on sending stuff out for repair!
