Panera Bread

I went in a few hours before closing, so they had stopped baking, but I still made the choice to order a focaccia bread, tulip cookie, cinnamon rolls, and croissants. I waited to eat the items purchased until I got home which gave me the opportunity to toast/warm the variety of items that I purchased which made them taste as fresh as when they were baked.
The prices for bread is a decent price, but to be a reviewer who gives it 100% I have to say all the cinnamon rolls are rather expensive, but if you have the money, they are worth it!

Panera Bread Washington Square definitely offers what you’ve come to expect in excellent customer service, clean and bright establishment, fantastic fresh and tasty food, and super-prompt service.

This one has a great location very close to but not in the actual Mall boundaries which makes parking easier.

Our “go-to” lunch is the half-soup-salad with chicken noodle soup and chicken Caesar salad. Always spot on!

Party of 3. One had Mac and vegetables and they loved it. Second meal was regular Mac and cheese and they really enjoyed it. The third meal was the chicken, avocado BLT and it tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor. Service was good. They didn’t have the French onion soup which is what I came for but besides that everything was very good.

Jesse went above and beyond to assist me, and absolutely made my day. I always appreciate the warmness of the employees here.

Donovan really took care of me today! The app was giving me issues with a delivery, and he made sure to make it worth the wait! Thank you so much, everything was delicious!

I had a pleasant experience here. My sandwich was good and the soup was very nice too. They made food fast and overall the place itself is clean

We ordered sandwiches from here for lunch when my nieces and Mom were in town. Our entire order was perfect, the food was delicious and we had fast and attentive service from the guy working with all of the cars pulling in to pick up orders. It was, for the most part, very organized and surprisingly put together for all of the confusion in every other part of the world. I look forward to coming back here soon. The food is just excellent and the service makes it that much better.

Cozy atmosphere, good vibe. I had the Asian Chicken half salad with a cup of Autumn (butternut squash) soup. Both were divine! Oh, and I loved my little piece of heaven on the side, aka hunk of baguette with butter. Well-deserved, scrumptious lunch after a run in the cold!

This was our first Panera Bread experience, and it won't be our last. We ordered online, which was quick, easy to use, and easier than calling in and risking forgetting something. I had the clam chowder which was really good, the clams were good size and the flavor of the base was delicious. My husband had the steak and white cheddar panini and he loved it, he couldn't say enough nice things about it. The breads were delicious, soft and chewy. We also had a Cobblestone pastry that was really good. Unfortunately they were out of bread bowls for my soup, but they gave us some extra items to make up for it, which was fine with us. Overall, the service was very nice and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

I was thoroughly impressed with this Panera site. I'm exhausted from work (healthcare field opening up Covid Clinics), and wasn't able to communicate what I wanted off the menu. So the manager, Karen, comes over and starts asking me what sounds good and I started listing ingredients I wanted. Her employee Riley was able to take my order that way and the entire process was so easy for my tired brain! Friendly, helpful and understanding, very very pleased with customer service!!

Today We were given an extra full broth bowl, the service was quick and friendly, plus the ingredients were super fresh + very flavorful chicken! We felt very energized after we ate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Chicken, Lentil & Kale Broth Bowl!!!

Great store! The coffee ran out, but the employees were already in the process of brewing more. It was very quick service, and the manager herself came to check on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt so taken care of. Thank you!

Love the soup and salads here! The Cinnamon Crunch bagel is my all time favorite bagel! If you want take out but want fresh or healthy food or even just really good food, do panera!

Great quick experience. Ordered ahead for Mac n cheese over the phone for my niece. Since she lovesssss that mac n cheese. Kim and Chloe greeted me immediately and had my food ready. Great experience. Good location.

This store is always amazing, but today I went in at 6:56 and ordered from a very sweet young African American man (my receipt showed the name being Brianna, that was NOT his name) but nonetheless, his customer service skills were SO amazing and I couldn’t let them go unnoticed.
Again, always great service and a friendly face, but truly trying to connect with each guest goes a looooong way.

My girlfriend and I went in tonight 10 minutes before they closed which is totally a total douche move on our part, but we were greeted by Chad and he didn’t seemed bugged at all! He was seriously such a nice kid. No joke we were so impressed by him, if I had a daughter I would want him to date her.

The white girl with the short red hair gave me more than enough pecans when i noticed theres was none on my strawberry poppyseed salad! Like, she cave me a soup cup with pecans. So sweet and very generous! She also was the girl that took my order and was very sweet and welcoming even though we came in right before closing. Made me feel like a welcomed guest instead on an annoying customer coming in at closing.

Amazing service opened there doors to me and my team when we where starving. The service was amazing and it was really clean. They also donated cookies to homeless. 100% recommend

Great service by Karen this morning! What a professional and kind employee. I witnessed Karen display professionalism while being harassed by a grumpy man this morning looking to instigate an argument. Karen did not fall for the man’s attempt to upset her and stayed calm and professional. The breakfast sandwich was also delicious! I will definitely be back!

I came here to eat during my lunch break, they were fast in getting my food out to me, a good conversation with the staff. Much respect for keeping the place clean and homely, great job night managers😉
