I read the reviews before my own appointment, hoping the reviews were true. Happy to report that they were! Dr. Poole was wonderful, very personable, puts you at ease, explains everything, easy to understand. I felt like I was really getting answers and a plan of action. The office staff are approachable to say the least. But, to say the MOST, they all were so pleasant, every department, and set the stage for a great experience. The whole office seemed genuinely happy to be at work and that it's more than a job, that they make positive impacts on patients who may be having a hard time.

Absolutely Amazing! Dr Poole is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s very clear and honest. He will do whatever it takes to make you feel your best. He’s a doctor that actually loves his job and it shows in his work. He’s very professional and positive. Highly recommended!

Dr Thakur has been my back surgeon for many years and through many necessary surgeries involving my lower back and neck. He has always been friendly and professional and made scary things like spinal surgery easy to understand and the thought less scary by being sensitive to the issue and patient and giving reassurance. He is an excellent doctor and surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone I knew who had spinal problems.

I’m a patient of Dr. Bryan Poole. He is a wonderful doctor. He makes time for you and doesn’t make you feel rushed. He answers any questions you have. He’s a fantastic guy and physician. I have a very complicated medical case and he is working with me very closely. I highly recommend him. He is the kind of doctor that truly cares about his patients. It’s a rare thing to find these days.

Dr Thakur is simply amazing. He has done wonders for my back and neck. He truly cares about his patients. I’ve been with Dr Thakur for over 6 years. That is how bad my vack has been. He is not a cut and rubs doctor. He does follow ups regularly. That is how he found other issues as they surfaced. He try’s alternate methods of treatment before he does surgery. I find it very easy and safe to be open, honest, vuneable and trusting of Dr Thakur. 3 years ago I moved away from the area so it’s a 2+ hour drive for one of his appointments, but I don’t care. Once you get lucky enough to find the best, you stick with the best. Dr Thakur is the best.

This was my first time going to a doctor for back pain and siaic pain so I was nervous. When I arrived I told the receptionist at the window I was nervous, she assured me things would be fine and how gentle everyone is. She was right, I was at ease with the staff that took care of me. Had exrays and then met with doctor Meriggi she was amazing and so caring. She explained everything that was causing my pain. I had no anxiety, now knowing my problem. She has me going to rehab now to help with pain. Again everyone was great here.

Dr Brian Poole and his staff are amazing. I'm very fortunate to have met Dr Poole and now have him as my Rheumatologist. He gets a 10 out of 10 from me and I highly recommend him.

When I first saw Dr Khanna I was having trouble walking and was in almost constant severe pain. He performed surgery on my spine and now, 3 months later, I can stand upright, take long walks and live an almost pain free life. I am confident that odd twinge will disappear over time as my general health improves as now I can return to exercise. Not only is he good surgeon he also takes time to listen, a sign of a good doctor.

Been a patient about a year. Very happy with Dr Poole, MD and all the staff. Dr Poole is very pleasant and thoughtful. He really cares about his patients. The staff is professional personable and respectful. I have many Dr's but Dr Poole is my favorite. I actually look forward to going here. I know I will be taken care of. Thank you for everything.

Dr Meriggi was very friendly and a great listener. She listened to all my concerns and gave me some guidance on what next steps to take.

In all my years I had never had a doctor who explained what and how they could help me. Most other doctors just gave me an Idea of could help, he took his time to explain the different ways I could be helped. Thanks to Scott Runyon I feel confident of what my next step will be.

Dr Shah was great explaining all my test results clearly and exactly how he can to the conclusions he did. Took my concerns seriously, he also recommended me to another physician when it became apparent that he wasn't going to be able to help me. Which was a very good thing because it meant I didn't have RA.

I had an appointment with Dr. Philbrook due to pain in my Fingers. He was very patient and Gave me options on how to proceed With treatment. I was very satisfied with my visit, and with mobility, bone and joint as a whole I wholeheartedly recommend the practice

I was runned down by a golden retriever after his owner allowed him to run loose unleashed at the Haverhill Stadium on April 21, 2022.
On April 22, 2022, October 24, 2022 and January 5, 2024 I underwent surgery to repair due to the carelessness of a dog owner’s negligence. I never had health issues before this dog attack.
The first two surgeries were performed by the orthopedic surgeon, Dr Barry Bickley of Haverhill. He operated and repaired and ultimately replaced my right hip. I recovered for over a year from these two surgeries then my neck was giving me pain and discomfort after the hip and femur bone repairs. I went to see neurosurgeon, Dr Krishn Khanna of Mobility & Joint Institute of Haverhill and Salem NH. He determined that I needed spine fusion of C5C6. Immediately after surgery my back, neck, and arms were pain free and the numbness and tingling were gone.
The surgery with Dr Khanna was performed at Orchard Surgical in Salem, NH. I couldn’t say enough as I am very pleased with their staff too.
My husband and I are very pleased with these capable, talented and caring doctor's; I received wonderful care.
I do have more physical therapy and hopefully I will not need further surgery.
PT was provided by the Northeast Rehab at Cedardale. Kelly and Kristen provided excellent care.
I have been fortunate as I have been in the great hands because of these knowledgeable caring professionals.
My recommendations are many.

Very positive appt w/ Dr. Shah, given multiple choices for Tx, educated on each choice. Felt respect and concern for my Tx. Would recommend him for Tx of arthritis without reserve.

Everyone was so nice in the office and Dr Runyon was awesome! He really helped me feel comfortable and he is very supportive too.

Very good Dr that care about the well being of the patients glad to see him again for treatment.

I was given a next day appt, when they could not find me in the system after co firming I spoke to Dawn through the portal they gave me the 1:15 slot. I got new images for x-rays and need an MRI before we can start injections. I was thoughtfully and thoroughly taken care of physically as well as taking time to address any concerns I had. Fantastic office and I am glad I am their patient.

My experience was very good at the Mobility Bone & Joint Institute! Norma, is extremely courteous & kind and often the 1st person you speak with can make a difference! The young man, that saw me next, getting me settled in exam room, was very nice as well,,excuse me for not remembering his name, then a Nurse, who also was very kind before seeing Dr. Heaton. Dr. Heaton, was thorough, listened to me and what brought me there and had very good advice & is seeing me in follow-up in 2 1/2 weeks. It was a thorough & pleasant experience, all around!
