Plumbing by Jake

I am very happy with the Hydro edge water system plus the five stage RO system that was installed today by Ray and Brandon from ambient edge, plumbing by Jake my hot water no longer has that awful smell to it. Ray and Brandon did an excellent job installing the system in my laundry room and I’m real happy with the work they did, excellent job guys.

Had a great experience with Ray and his crew! Showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Had a tankless water heater installed after my tank water heater started leaking. They showed up around 11 and the job was completed by 3. Cleaned up and hauled away the old heater. Very happy with there work!

Ray and Tyler were the kindest techs I've ever worked with. They kindly answered every question we had, explained everything in full detail, and were all around fun to talk to and work with. 10/10 experience. (We had our water heater replaced if that matters)

Another win for plumbing by Jake! Had an issue with my RO and they immediately sent Louie out to solve the problem. He was courteous, professional, and explained everything in great detail! I guess you really are a VIP either VIP plan! Well worth the $ for having piece of mind!

My mom had a gas leak and I couldn’t find anyone in town to help (we live in California). The gas company turned off the gas and gave her a red tag for the leak. We got her space heaters right away and continue to find a company to help us. My mother is 88 years old and her Land is not in the best of shape because of its age, and her not being able to do a lot of the work. However, we have tried to help, but this was one situation that I could not do myself. Plumbing by Jake contacted me and asked if we had fixed our problem I informed them that we had not and they were out there that same day. I truly appreciate everything that they did. They kept us informed, they were Clean and tidy and took pictures for me. It was the easiest experience and I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done. The gas company on the other hand won’t be there for another five days To turn the gas back on. it was a pleasure working with an amazing team. God bless all of you.

Plumbing by Jake was able to get the gas company out to my mom’s in one day. As of today her gas is on! Thanks again for your help.

Ray was able to get our pump and pressure tank working perfectly after 3 other plumbers could not. He knew immediately what the problem was and had it fixed in under an hour on a Sunday! We will be asking for Ray by name for all our future plumbing needs.

Lois showed up at my home. Set right to work removing the old hot water heater. Put in the new hot water heater. Was fished in 3 5 hours. Lots of complications. Louis was very polite and very professional. Very nice young man.

James Stauffer knew what he was doing and got the job done properly. Another plumber from Jake told me I had low water pressure at my kitchen sink due to sediment in my supply line. James found out it was my kitchen sink faucet and replaced it. If you need work done right ask for him.

Steve was so kind and very informative! We were in serious trouble when all of a sudden none of our toilets flushed in our house on a Friday afternoon. Steve was super nice from the moment we met. He didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and took his time with everything. He made an awful experience better.
