good customer service especially when it come to pick up orders early morning before the rush, and my agent alyssa always helpful when i have an issue with my orders

Checked in 5:30am for a 6:00 am appointment and was done by 6:34am. 30 pallets. They quick

Check in 1 hour early and unloaded in about an hour. There’s a restroom inside right across from receiving window. Older guard at gate really nice guy. Wish they could all be like this receiver... no overnight here but big,nice & clean with lots of truck parking welcome center right before the exit going north..

Nice ckean and big place. Prifesional people. They take time and work by appointment.

My appointment was 6AM. Got there 4:20Am. THE Guard he let me in I wait the recieving to open 5:30 AM. GOT door right away 7:45 they finished got green light. For Drivers they start letting drivers after 4:30.

Arrived one hour before appointment, got door 15min before my app. Out in 45minutes with payed lumper. Was delivering 19 pallets. That's impressive compare to other big food chain warehouses. Will come again for sure.

I was late 2 hours, due to heavy traffic and some construction in 95 anyway got to guard check he checked me in told me park truck across and check in with your paperwork very nice guy , checked in told go to dr 44 in tow hour and half was out overall was good experience will delivery again to this place thank you US Food Seabrook NH

I had 6am appointment today and I checked in at 5:10am. Receiving open at 5:30am and I checked out delivered at 7am. I was delivering only 2 pallets. Guard at entrance is respective nice senior citizen and receiving lady is super nice too. But they don’t allow overnight parking.

For a Capstone facility, it wasn't too bad. Arrived 30 min prior to my appt, super nice guard. Parked in staging area, was in my dock before my appt time. 3:15 unload time. Friendly & straight forward enough. Ladies inside were nice & lumper fees are what they are. Good space to maneuver & clean bathrooms & they offer vending machines. Women need to ask for a key to the restroom.

Running late, kept in contact with them at every turn and they worked with me the whole time. Awesome people! I wish everyplace was this good! This industry would be a better place if they were! 10 stars if I could! Thank you for all your efforts.

I got there at 4:45am. They don't start receiving until 5:30am. Not too bad because my appt wasn't until 6am. They let me know up front that they have been behind and needed to move a lot of product around in the warehouse. It wouldn't be until 1.5 hours after backing in to a door that they would get to unloading me. I did immediately get assigned a door. If there isn't a lot of trucks and trailers there, it's easy to back. I got unloaded and bills in hand around 11am

Good place to deliver. My appointment was at 6am, came in at 5.30am, receiving start to work at 6am, so when I checked in at the window I got door right away at the window. Got empty at 7.20am. The only bad thing I can say is so many trucks were given door at the same time. So you need to be fast if you don't wanna wait or block while backing to the door. For me it was a little messy on the parking before I connected with my unloading dock 🙂

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, plenty of room to maneuver around to your door. Took about 45 minutes to unload half a trailer. Show your license and bills to the guard to check in. Then pull down and park on right side in front of receiving office. Walk your bills and trailer seal into the office to check in. They will give you a door. Once you back in walk back inside and talk to the lumpers. Definitely a nice place to unload

I am a local driver and unload here myself. They pretty much stick to their appointment times so if you get here early you may, probably will be waiting until at least 1/2 hour before your appointment time to get a dock door.

They understood that I was stuck in traffic on the New Jersey turnpike and was late for my appointment by 1 hour. I got unloaded within 1 hour.

Hi I read but nobody post, u can checking 5am, but they call u by appointment. I got here 8 am my app 9:30.am convoy always lies to the driver. appointment was 10 am .us call me 8:30, am starting unload 8:54 am

Checked in at 5:30am (that’s when receiving opens) for 6am appointment. Got the door right the way and was out by 7:30am.

Nice people I’m late my appointment 1 hour they give door right away and unloading 1 hour

I deliver her regularly I have never had a problem everyone there is very nice the two ladies in receiving office are always pleasant and get me in a door asap
