UPDATE: AFTER my clothes were done i was approached by an employee as he saw i had problems with the charge of the washer. The gentleman was very helpful and was grateful for my positive review. WE NEED MORE BUSINESS OWNERS LIKE THIS..... THAT CARE!

Clean facility and great machines. No attendant on duty so we.couldn’t use bathroom. Competitive pricing.

I come here all the time for the past 2 years one time my close got stuck in the washing machine around 10:30 and the owner came to help get my closets unstuck for work the next day. I really appreciate the effort made to make the place family friendly. I’m very Hale and will come back here for years to come!

Clean, lots of machines, prices are average to low depending on the machine you choose. No down sides. Just a nice clean laundry facility.

The machines actually CLEAN your clothes. The water temp you select is what you get where as other local laundry mats wash in cold or mildly warm even though you select hot water. I don't even need spray and wash anymore because all stains come out on their on with these high efficiency washers.

The Largest Laundry Self Service I have ever seen! More than rough washers and dryers for this highly populated community also is kept clean, neat and tidy! There is an attendant on hand if anything is needed. Change machines in proper working order and a vending machine that offers all of your laundry needs not just little boxes of no name brand detergents! Though the washer gets a little pricy depending on if you use hot warm or cold? The dryers are superior at drying a large load for as little as $1.25 for 30 minute's!

Sunshine Laundry Mat in Peabody deserves a 5 star review. I had an issue with the massive 15 dollar 10 load washer machines. The owner called me personally and asked how to make it right. I was already home so he venmoed my money back since I couldnt rewash my clothes. That's customer service.

Someone did finally contact me with the reason why $25 was taken out of my account.
I would recommend that they post this in their facility, so the customer is aware of the process when you use a credit card.
I will be returning. It is very clean and convenient.

Have called office 3 times. Double charged on debit card for wash. Have not received a call back yet. Why? $7.75 needs to be credited to my account.

Jim straightened everything out. I will continue to use Jim's laundry facility because it is the best around.

This is the best laundry in that zone, great service, top notch machines, excellent price. You'll find washer from $2.75 to $10.00. o totally recommend it.

Good laundry center. Relatively new machines. Relatively clean.

I love this place ,can do all my laundry for less then $15 they have brand new machines from small to industrial, I love it so much refuse to go anywhere else,and I have before finding this place.

Very safe and clean environment. Love to do my laundry at all time at this point more-so the manager is so nice and honest...

It is clean inside and they have the big washers and. Big dryers. So for a big family it is great

This place is crazy awesome. It has the biggest machines ever seen. Credit cards accepted for everything. Very convenient

Clean, bright. Large capacity machines gets me in and out quickly. The only thing missing is a vending machine for drinks.
