Exceptional Dental

Exceptional is accurate on every level I was recently diagnosed with mild / moderate sleep apnea. I went through an ordeal with this diagnosis/ situation. I did my research and found Dr Polan. I am so thankful l made that call that day to Exceptional Dentistry, Beverly Ma. I recently had another sleep test NO sleep apnea after wearing the dental device that Dr Polan provided. I am now a dental patient also after being so impressed and with this dental office. Trustworthy and compassionate Dentistry at best.

In November of 2023 my crown fell off for the second time, this time was beyond repair/re-cementing. Dr Danny accessed my situation, took all the time I needed, answered all my questions, gave me several options and I ended up having him extract what was left. Dr Danny did a FANTASTIC JOB! Not to say it was easy, my tooth didn't want to leave, and I've had teeth extracted before form other dentist, (which could have been a better experience in my opinion), but Dr Danny took his time and pulled with the right amount of force, and angle, which allowed the tooth to come out nice and easy (so to speak) in as few pieces as possible. I originally feared it would have to surgically removed because it was mostly below the gum line. But not at Exceptional Dental, Dr Danny took his time, he definitely knew what he is doing! Now I know why he practices at Exceptional Dental, because he gives EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!
Thank you Dr Danny for treating me like a human being instead of just a patient and not just another customer.

I love this place, Dr. Polan is absolutely amazing! I have been coming to this dentistry for over 30 years and still love coming to the dentist. Most people cringe at the thought of going to the dentist but seeing the hygienist Tina Is amazing. She cleans your teeth with such gentle care nothing ever hurts. Dr. Polan is amazing and has done work on my teeth. They look so natural because of his attention to detail that I love to smile everywhere I go. I’m always complimented on my smile and I have to thank the great team at Exceptional Dental for always taking care of me!

Getting diagnosed with a mild form of sleep apnea at only 20 years old I always felt embarrassed having to wear a cpap machine. Thanks to Dr. Polan and his incredible team I have been able to ditch the cpap and wear a medical device retainer that allows me to get a good nights sleep without the embarrassment of a machine. I can now live my life, have sleep overs, travel and more without worrying about a silly machine dragging me behind! Thanks so much, you guys have changed my life!!

Going to the dentist is not a pleasant time but Dr. Polan and his team knows how to make you feel comfortable. Everyone is friendly and understanding. They are compassionate and caring towards their patients. Highly recommended.

I recently became a patient at Exceptional Dental and am happy with the care I received in my first two visits (the second one for a crown procedure, and it went very smoothly). I felt that I was in good hands. Dr. Polan and his team are professional, attentive and welcoming.

I just recently changed dentists and had my first deep cleaning appointment with Dr. Polan and staff. I felt I was cared for and that they understood my concerns. My cleaning by one of the hygienists was very comfortable and less irritating then most cleanings I’ve had. They made my experience there less stressful def. I would strongly recommend Dr. Polan’s office if you want a more comfortable and less stressful time in the chair.

Dr. POLAN I believe is the best dentist on the north shore. His team is very caring. I am happy to have found a dentist you can reach on a personal number for emergencies.

I have been going to Dr. Polan and Exceptional Dental for 6 years now and I will never leave. Recently I was embarrassed to get a cavity - my first in a long time- and also really anxious about the filling appointment. It took less than 10 minutes and was nearly painless. I've been a patient of Dr Polan's for MANY years and I highly recommend him. I had a cleaning this morning and have to say that I feel Tina is one of the best hygienists he's ever had. No insult to those who came before her, but I'm not sure I realized that a thorough cleaning could be so gentle. Thank you Tina!

I went in as a new patient. I knew I would need a cleaning and x-rays. Both of these were taken care of with the most efficient & professional manner but with a friendly and casual demeanor that made me feel very comfortable. Subsequent visits have also been excellent and I have no doubt I will continue to come to Exceptional Dental and Dr Polan.

I have been a patient of Dr. Polan's for many years now. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his practice. They are professional but warm and the practice is immaculate.

My Hygienist is the best I've ever had. If anyone has ever had a dentist who pushes unnecessary procedures on them, this is not that place. No one likes the dentist, but these folks make it about as pleasant as it can be. Highly recommend!
