Kim Gregory | Pure Pastry

We used Kim's Pure Pastries for our wedding and I can not get over how delicious these baked goods are. It is a bad stigma, but sometimes organic and allergy friendly food lacks the taste and oomf that you'd hope for, but NOT Kim's pastries. We were blown away by how delicious everything tasted, and the process was amazing. She is a truly lovely lady and did so much to make our dreams come true! For our wedding we had an almond cake with berry frosting for cutting and the bridal party, and had individual rhubarb brownies, lemon cloud cookies, and strawberry donuts for our guests. They were beyond incredible. When we tasted the pastries, I fell so in love with the lemon cloud cookies. Kim went out of her way to set some aside labelled just for me so I could freeze them after the wedding and enjoy them throughout the next few months. I could go on and on about the goodness this company is doing and creating - but take my word for it and go have a taste! They are affordable for weddings and will make your dreams come true.

My wife and I visited back in October (not realizing that we went outside of usual sale hours), but Kim was very friendly and personable and sold us a few very tasty baked items. Sweet and warm pastries from a baker with just as sweet and warm of a soul. Highly recommended for all to come and visit wherever their items are sold.

I bought a Kowboy cookie at the Russell's Holiday fair last week. I froze it, as my appetite for sweets waned as I was sick for a few days. Tried a piece after lunch today, then another, and another ... Delicious (and horse sized!) peanut butter, oatmeal, coconut and chocolate chip cookie with just the right texture. Guess I'm feeling better. Giddy up! Highly recommend! ; - )

This bakery is well worth the trip! They operate out of their house in North Beverly. They're open for foot traffic every Friday from 10-4p, with a cute set up in the driveway. During the colder months, the retail space is in the garage. It was explained to me that they didn't reopen their retail space after the pandemic.
They have a website. You can order ahead of time & your order will be ready for pickup on Friday or whatever date you need. I was so excited with gluten-free options they had! Each o e delicious 😋 If you like chocolate then the pumpkin brownie will be your new best friend! Dark chocolate, with pumpkin 🎃 swirled through it. Not too dense, just right 👌

Kim made our wedding cakes, which needed to be dairy free. They were absolutely delicious, and many guests asked where we got the cakes from and were surprised they contained no milk. The cakes were also beautiful. I recommend Kim's pastries to anyone, whether they have an allergy or not. They are delicious!

I usually get Pure Pastry at local farmers markets in season, but finally took road trip to home location in Beverly. Only open Fridays there!
Kim's pastry is purely delicious, even though some may doubt cuz of all organic ingredients. She works magic in the bakery!

I just got my second cake from Pure Pastry (gluten free, oat free, dairy free, egg free, all natural!!!) and hands down these are some of the best cakes I've ever had...even counting before I was GF. My entire non Gf family LOVES them. SUPER moist - seriously I don't know how she does it. I've been GF (celiac) for 15 years and I feel so lucky that this is right in my backyard. Kim takes food allergies very seriously and I've never had a problem.

Pure Pastry is nothing short of amazing! The love and thoughtfulness that goes into baking each pastry comes through in all the delicious flavors and combinations! I always look forward to the seasonal creations Kim creates with her team and crave the classics, like the triple ginger cookie and the carrot cake. Look no further if you want high quality desserts that tell a story and bring pure joy!

Kim's confections are delightfully sinful and absolutely heavenly at the same time. Her gluten free items are to die for. The "Not Your Grandma's Snickerdoodle Cookie" is positively addictive. I just tried her Persian Love Cake and the flavor was sublime. I haven't tried all of her offerings, but I don't think you could go wrong, no matter what you treat yourself to.

We used Kim/Pure Pastry for our wedding desserts and were beyond happy. We were originally drawn to her use of local and organic ingredients and were instantly sold once we sampled some pastries. The quality and flavor of all the products are amazing. Kim helped us select an assortment of mini desserts in seasonal flavors, all fantastic, and made a wonderful cake. She was great to communicate with throughout the entire process and was sure to keep us updated on what was seasonal, available edible flowers from her garden for decorations, etc. The wedding desserts were a hit, and the fact that so many of her products happen to be gluten free and even dairy free was a bonus. To top if off, her passion, creativity, and love for what she does is infectious! Highly, highly recommend!

I bought some pastries this weekend at the Wayland Farmer's Market. They are so good! The snickerdoodle sandwich cookie was excellent and I really enjoyed the ginger in the creme. I had the cinnamon puff for breakfast this morning, what a great way to start the morning! I just wish I lived closer to Beverly as I see some roadtrips there in my future.

Kim is so kind and thoughtful and puts so much love and care and nutrition into her pastries. You can feel good about having a snack because her pastries are definitely PURE.

They provided three cakes for my wife's birthday party and they were amazing. One of which was a GF lemon cake with lemon curd, and seasonal fruit. It was out of this world.

Kim Gregory made sweets for my sisters baby shower this past weekend. Everything was unbelievable. Best carrot cake I have ever had. I will definitely come back for more!

I came across these sweets at the Salem Farmer's Market and I'm counting the days until next Thursday when I can buy more! I got an amazing lemon cookie filled with lemon creme and blueberry jam or something delicious like that...WOW! Delish! And I know my sweets!

I love love love Kim's pastries!!!! Whenever I see her at Farmer's Markets and downtown, I have to but something. And she recently made our wedding cake and cupcakes, which were devoured by our guests with tons of compliments. And because I'm vegan, the cake and cupcakes all were. No one even noticed. And naturally gluten free too because she uses ancient grains. Highly recommended.

So I just have to take a minute to rave about Kim Gregory | Pure Pastry! Her treats are so delicious and I love waking up on a Saturday morning and driving down to her shop. Although she is about 25 minutes from my house, I love making the special trip there. Kim and her staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and the gluten and dairy free treats are to die for!! If you need any holiday treats or even a quick pick me up, this is the place to go!! Worth every penny for these pastries! You will NOT be disappointed! 😊

I have been getting your muffins and snack bars at Children's Hospital. They are fabulous and I can't believe they are gluten and dairy free. I hope you continue to supply the cafeteria with your goodies!
