Dr.Chen is a great doctor! She explains everything so clear and help us understand things in an easy way. She is so patient and sweet! The office is clean and nice. The stuff are very supportive! Would definitely recommend this office to everyone!

My Invisalign and braces initial procedure went very well. The tech who worked with me, Mikayla, explained everything as the appointment progressed and put me at ease. Dr. Chan was professional, friendly, and very kind to her assistant. I had a wonderful experience!

The staff at Chan and Chen couldn't have been more welcoming or kind toward my daughter. She had been a patient of a different orthodontist at a different office before we made a switch to Chan and Chen, and we have been so happy with the level of attention and knowledge provided by both doctors! Incredibly professional, thoughtful and competent staff, with a very efficient and streamlined process. And both orthodontists, who happen to be Harvard graduates, are kind, humble and excellent at what they do.

The entire staff is welcoming & knowledgeable. My family has been going to Dr. Chan & Dr. Chen since 2016 and now in 2022 my youngest needs them and the office has always been in order and meticulously clean. You can tell they take pride in their work and it shows with the results!

I have brought both my daughters here for many years to have braces, the doctors are very efficient and pleasant and the staff is excellent. My braces were just moved a little early after 4 years due to some personal difficulties in life, and Dr. Ivy and Dr. Kathleen and all the angels in the office were unbelievably supportive and loving. It was hard walking out of that building for the first time, but I'll always think of them when I see my beautiful, perfect smile in the mirror 🥰 thank you all SO MUCH.

Dr. Chan and Dr. Chen are extremely kind and caring! Their staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable while there. The whole office is welcoming from the min you step into the office. They take the time to talk to you about all your concerns and fears and are extremely comforting. I'm enjoying the process of orthodontic care I'm receiving from them and highly recommend them!

My son went to Chan and Chen for braces and everything and we were thrilled by their attention to detail, atmosphere, and everything. Prices were good too, and they offered payment plans if needed.

But today I needed help… I went through two rounds of orthodonture as a kid, and still need to wear a retainer. I finally needed a new one, and loved their suggestions. Looking forward to seeing them again occasionally!
