I just took delivery of a a new tractor today. The salesman Jim was great patiently answering all of my questions. Terrific experience thank you.

I recently purchased a new John Deere 1025R Tractor. I bought it with the loader, backhoe, mower, forks & snow blower.
I can't say enough about the Rosencrantz staff. Dana Carpenter was extremely professional before the sale and he continues to help answer all the question I've had in regards to the tractor. Brian in service is also awesome. I had a couple of questions on attaching the front snow blower and he has not only answered my questions but he has called back later to be sure all is working well.
Before purchasing a tractor we went to several John Deere dealers and most often felt their staff did not have time for us. One dealer in NH, when I asked for a price on a 1025R, scribbled it on a scrap piece of paper, handed it to us and walked away! Needless to say I'm not going back there.
My wife and I first met Dana at the Deer field Fair in 2021. We were very impressed with his respect for us and took the time to answer all our questions.
We are super impressed with Rosencrantz & Sons, both sales and service. I have recommended them to several folks and will continue to recommend them. We think they are the one and only go to for our tractor needs and service.

The service team is excellent. The mobile service option (come to your home) is convenient and comprehensive. The technician who worked on my tractor was polite, professional, and thorough. He found an unexpected problem and proactively placed a call to the office on my behalf. They got the parts and called me the next day to schedule a return visit to fix the issue. Great ambassadors for the John Deere brand.

Just purchased a 2025r at James R. Rosencrantz & Sons, Inc from Rick. It was an easy and a very friendly experience. I was working with another JD dealership and they were very rude and told me I wouldn't see it for a month or two. I called and talk to Rick and I picked up my new compact tractor within a week, with all the options that I wanted. Great job to everyone at James R. Rosencrantz & Sons, Inc.

By far the place to go for all your tractor/John Deere needs. I purchased a 3-family series tractor 2 years ago. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process from sitting down to explain every component and option right up to and including delivery. I've reached out and stopped back in many times since for additional parts, equipment, and other inquiries and each time the entire staff has been incredible in both service and responsiveness.

I have been working on the purchase of my JD 2038R unit for weeks and finally touched base with Rosencrantz and Sons.
I called in the morning and left a VM, got a call back within the hour from Rick Winters who said he would find out availability and get straight back to me, and he did!
After spending so much time and effort trying to get information and pricing on this machine from others it was absolutely amazing to be told something and within hours it actually happened.
Rick was truly a pleasure to deal with, he gave me the pricing and the anticipated delivery date and kept me informed all the way through the process.
I made a few last-minute additions to my purchase with a 3rd function kit and other accessories and Rick just delivered.
I got a call today from the delivery driver to tell me he was on his way, the machine arrived at my house immaculately clean, paperwork all ready to go, driver willing to go through every detail on the machine with me.

I purchased a 1023e and the sales manager Dana was very helpful and professional. What I liked the most was that he kept me updated at any time. He made the entire process smooth and easy.

I called over the phone for some help assuming they would want me to come in, but it was a quick question and Jesse was super helpful and solved the issue for me just by listening to what was happening within five minutes. I also took my tractor up for service over the winter and that was a great experience as well. Thank you!!

Rick made buying our tractor super easy. He walked us around and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. There was a small issue with a scuff in the paint and he made it right without missing a beat. I would recommend to anyone.

I was having a issue with my lawn tractors PTO not engaging and after searching Google, I tried the Rosencrantz & Sons online chat. I was originally looking to speak to a person at shop and the chat presented itself while at website.. It was a great experience, not only was Randy able to help me out with finding a appropriate video, he got me the part numbers, price and availability. I worked with sales, service, and parts dept. when I traded in my garden tractor for a new 1025r. Everyone was great to deal with and helped me order a PTO shaft for my old snow blower just in time for the storm. They called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my new tractor.
