I can’t say enough about my experience with Baier Transport. From the first call to get info Brian? was courteous and very informative. He took my details and quickly came back with a general quote for the transport of my car to Florida. I made a couple of calls to Baier as the departure time got near and they very politely answered my questions. They picked up my car promptly on the day and time they told me. I was contacted by Haley from their office for payment. Chris, the driver, contacted me several times to arrange for the drop off. Upon my cars arrival in Florida Chris arrived at the time and place we discussed. I will have to say that I was so appreciative of Baier’s service and especially their communication during the process. A good experience! I will be hiring them for the return trip!

Just used this company to ship my truck from NH to FL. Super fast and great communication! They gave me driver gps so I could track the status of my vehicle as well. Very efficient company.

Best experience I have had transporting any vehicle. I have used Baier for 4 years now and my parents now use them too. Only issue may be returning phone calls, but the actual transport is excellent.

Look no further - these guys are the best in the biz. Professionalism, communication, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. While loading my car onto his truck, the driver (shout out to Kevin) noticed recently installed tires / wheel weights were installed incorrectly. At the next rest stop, he filled all four tires to the correct pressure, sent a video of the issue areas, and gave me a call to talk through. I knew exactly when to expect my car to arrive via daily updates from Kevin + the real-time GPS tracking provided for free. The condition of their trucks / trailers also tells you everything you need to know about the quality of their operation. Thanks to Jay, Kevin and the rest of the team for an A+ experience.

What a wonderful experience. Excellent service, fair pricing and very dependable. I highly recommend them. I previously signed on with an agent who tried to change the terms at the last minute. With Baier you deal directly with the company and know exactly what to expect.

I used Baier Transport to move my car from MA to WA and back and cannot tell you how great the experience was. As someone who spent several years working seasonally and shipping my car every 6 months I can confidently say these guys are the best I have ever worked with. Booking process is simple, no hidden fees or haggling. Communication from both the company as well as the drivers was fantastic. Only shipping company I will use in the future!

I have never used an auto transporter and needed to ship a car from New Hampshire to Texas. After lots of digging into shippers, I chose Baier. I based my decision on their reviews, their ownership of a state of the art fleet (versus a broker), and the deep experience of their drivers.

10/25/22: We had Jay and crew ship our 2019 Mustang back to Florida earlier this month from southern Maine, they picked the car up at the house on a flatbed and hauled it to there yard where they loaded it on their car carrier. It all went as promised and it was another great experience with Jay and his team.

We decided to ship our car back to Maine from Florida this month instead of driving, our first attempt was with a broker and they were unable to get the job done. While searching for a company that had their own trucks we found Baier and decided to give them a try and we were not disappointed. From the initial call to the delivery they were professional and courteous. They picked the car up in the three day window they gave us and had the car to us three days after the pickup. We will use Baier again next season.

When our clients require the very best in vehicle transportation - whether local door-to-door delivery or to relocate seasonally to another state - Baier Transport would be the only outfit that I would endorse to make this happen. The transactions are seamless from the initial interaction to the email correspondence confirming the details of pick-up.

The drivers are courteous and professional and are patient enough to work with my team to get the vehicles arranged for transport. The parking lot at our dealer can be difficult to navigate and the drivers are respectful in accepting instruction of where to stage their trucks to load the vehicles.

We look forward to continuing to work with this organization as they know how to show care for higher end vehicles and will treat them as their own. The condition and presentation of their own trucks should demonstrate the care they will place in a client's vehicle when transporting.

We needed to transport a new fleet vehicle from GA to NH. Setting up a schedule request through their online portal was quick and easy and then working with the Baier team to coordinate pick up and delivery was seamless. Vehicle was picked up and delivered on schedule and in perfect condition. I'd use them again and will refer them to anyone in my network needing auto transport. Nice job!

I was so impressed with the level of service, speed of the pickup, and delivery of my car halfway across the country. They scheduled picked up the car far sooner than I had ever expected-and delivered sooner than I expected. Overdelivered at all levels. I have been looking for a car for months-and to see that car being delivered on the truck in front of my desk window at work many days before I had ever expected made my day! Thanks to all the dedicated professionals at Baier Transport. My 16 old Junior who has been getting me to work at 5:30 in the morning so he can have the car for the day thanks you as well.

Update: I changed my rating since Jay personally called me and apologized. Aside from that he tried to resolve everything and made it work. I got the truck delivered earlier than expected and it was in good condition. I appreciate everything his done and I will use them again in the future.

If theres a 0 star I would give it to them thats how my current experience with this company. They picked up my truck in the dealership last January 10 and until now it has not arrived and told me it would arrive for another week again. Worst part is they wont give me any updates on whats on going unless I call them. The GPS thing that they advertise doesnt exist for me they just told me its not available for my vehicle. Everytime I call they would give me different ETA. I would not recommend this auto transport and will never use them again. Worst experience Ive had in years. I just wish my vehicle would arrive early this week.

They did a great job from pickup through delivery of my car from NH to Florida.

All around wonderful experience! They shipped my truck across the entire country. One might think this would be a stressful situation, but Baier Transport made this experience stress free. From scheduling the pick up to meeting with the driver, 100% professional and worry free.

Bonus - When I made it across country my self, my truck arrived the day after in perfect condition.
