Doctor is excellent diagnostician, communicates clearly. Careful, takes time to analyze all information to come up with a treatment plan for complex problems . All his treatments in the past have held up perfectly. Staff also smart, gentle, work as a team, skilled with all equipment, gracious.Excellent organizational culture. Up to date equipment, the cleanest possible office!

I love going to this office. Everyone is SO nice! You feel welcome right away when you enter the office. Rosemary did an amazing job in cleaning my teeth, but the all staff members are very professional . Dr. Gallo is simply wonderful!!

I’m 31 and just had the best teeth cleaning of my life (which I know sounds crazy, how can a teeth cleaning be great?) Dorothy was so kind and quite funny. She was exceptionally careful and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Every single person who works at this office has such welcoming energy! Honestly looking forward to my next 6th month cleaning!

Total professional perfection from the moment you walk in. The desk personnel to the hygienists and Drs McCarthy and Gallo have been fantastic to me for many years. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I live 40 minutes away now and have no problem with the drive because I know I’m in great hands.

I had my teeth cleaned by Amy on Tuesday and it was a pleasant experience. I am not the easiest patient on the planet when it comes to dental work, but Amy was extremely patient and kind. It's a 5-star review without a doubt.

Dr. McCarthy has been our dentist for many, many years. We couldn't be more pleased with his expertise and excellent care. Dr. Gallo also is a very skilled dentist. We would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dentist. The staff are particularly helpful and pleasant. And the offices have been recently renovated.

I wanted to take the time to add some words about my most recent visit. Once again, I received excellent care above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I went in for a routine cleaning and Nancy saw a potential issue, called in the dentist, and he confirmed it. Because of my schedule, the staff arranged for me to come in next day to have it fixed. The work was done expertly (as usual) and I'm all set. So easy, so convenient, so comforting to know I can always count on Drs. McCarty & Gallo and their wonderful staff.

Dr. McCarthy has been our dentist since 2017 and we are very happy with him and his staff. Amy is our hygienist and she is very intelligent, kind, and friendly. When we moved to Andover, we were looking to find a dentist in our town that we can trust and is compassionate. We are truly lucky to have found all that + more with Dr. McCarthy and his team.

My wife and I love Dr McCarthy and his whole staff so much that we drive 100 miles from our current home in NH. On this visit Nancy, our favorite Hygienist, cleaned our teeth and we talked at length with Karen, the office manager. This is a very friendly, professional office!

The practice of Dr Francis McCarthy and Dr Rosalia Gallo is worth these five stars. My husband and I have been clients of this practice for probably twenty-five plus years. After moving from Andover to about thirty minutes away, we remained with this office, not wanting to lose a dependable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly dental office. We both like the hygienists also; they are extremely competent and pleasant. The practical and honest advice from Dr McCarthy as well as a job always well done, is why we have continued with this practice for so long and will continue to do so.

Dr. McCarthy is by and far the best Dentist I've ever had; he just has it ALL. He is direct in a relational, clear manner with caring overtones. He discusses his plan ahead of time, and his dental skills are superb...

Dr. McCarthy has been our dentist for many years. I am lucky to have good teeth, but my husband is not that lucky. Dr. McCarthy has been great for each of us. The hygienists are personable and accomplished. And they all have terrific senses of humor…Dr. McCarthy included.
