My wife and I hired Rob to sell a home in Mesa in the early fall. Rob took what was a complicated and layered situation and turned it from what could have been a very stressful time into one of ease and relief. We knew from the start that we were in good hands with Rob.

Hurdle #1: It was my father’s Estate property and a vacation home.

Hurdle #2: My father was Canadian and lived in Canada (Alberta), as do my wife and I.

Hurdle #3: Wow – is the home buying/selling process different in the USA than it is in Canada; it was a HUGE learning curve for us!

Even over the distance, Rob kept us on track, updated and assured through every step of the way. His emails, phone calls and texts were timely, thorough (and patient) as we learned all the new-to-us acronyms and terms: SPDS, BINSR, and Escrow – oh my!

Speaking of distance, Rob went way over the extra distance to ensure the safety and security and presentation of the property, from providing access to / giving us updates on contractor work, checking on the lights, locks, and the pool, to even bringing in the mail! Fortunately, we also met with Rob in person several times when we were able to get down to Mesa. We developed more than a Realtor/Home Seller relationship as we got to know him as a person. We’re not only grateful to Rob for his extraordinary dedication and professionalism, but also for his valued friendship.

It was amazing to work with Rob! It was my first time buying a house and I knew absolutely nothing. Rob helped explain things to me and gave me great advice. As I made decisions, he stood by me and helped me to get the things that I wanted. I always felt like he was on my side! I also am a stresser. Because of that was amazing to work with Rob because he handled everything. I will definitely work with him again and highly recommend him to my friends and family members looking to buy or sell a house!

Rob Becker did such a great job helping us find a home in Mesa. The real estate market was so hot in the areas we were interested in that everytime we sent him a list of ten homes we liked that had just listed on the internet, by the next day 8 were sold, some with multile offers.

Rob was patient and professional throughout the process and lined up homes to show us the week we were in Arizona. Our house in California was already sold, so we were under some pressure to buy a home that week, if possible.

Near the end of the week, we adjusted our search parameters and found a home in an area we had not considered. We had to move quickly and we made an offer that day, as the sellers had scheduled an open house for that Saturday. They accepted our offer and we were able to open escrow before we headed back to California.

Rob made it easy for us to sign documents remotely and conducted the walk through for us.

Rob is very detail-oriented and kept everything moving along. Escrow ended and we recorded without a hitch. We recommend Rob with a high level of confidence based on our experience!

Rob Becker has been in the real estate business for over 25 years, and his experience and knowledge were obvious as he helped me sell my mom’s house.
