John is amazing! I am a new business owner and I needed a second opinion on my insurance coverage. He helped me understand my insurance and made recommendations to help me save money on my policy! I immediately felt comfortable to talk about my concerns and of course he was happy to help! I ended up switching to the plan for which he provided a quote. I absolutely LOVE the communication and effort put into his presentation with a VIDEO!! So that I could have a walk through of the policy. Norwood Insurance Agency was recommended to my by my mortgage broker when we closed on a home last year. We ended up doing our home policy and moving our cars over as well. I’ve recently become very thankful for that advice and our decision.

After not having been in an accident for 20+ years I was hit by an on coming vehicle. I’m fine, thankfully, while my car wasn’t. Insurance claims can be a big pain. Thankfully, John had the foresight to put renters insurance on my policy so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of going to get reimbursed for payment from the at fault party later. When the insurance provider dragged their feet or made the process the least bit difficult, Norwood was always there to advocate on my behalf. Having an agent can be a real asset and that has certainly been the case with Norwood. An asset that didn’t even really cost anything, because the policy prices John got me were right in line with any of the direct to consumer insurance providers I priced out.

Oh yea, and the day of my accident happened to be St Patrick’s Day. While the owner was nice enough to close the office early for his employees to have a party, he personally answered the phone and got the ball rolling for my claim to be filed and for me to be in my rental that very same day. That’s service, and that’s how to run a company where the employee clearly feel valued. It shows with how they treat their clients.

They stepped up and solved the whole problem for 100%. I got my car back to the way it was. Great job Norwood!!!!
