Holy Family Hospital – Haverhill

Had a surgery same day release. This is not an ER review. All nurses, anesthesiologists and staff were great. Professional cordial and generally great to be around. Had a very good experience, they really made it much better than I was expecting the experience to be. Was my first surgery and I couldn't have asked for better. Thanks to the entire staff oh and sorry if I was a little weird when I woke up !

I want to say thank you to one of the sweetest doctors there and a few other staff that I love so much. The doctors name is Dr. Eric Cirino. His soft voice, kind heart and bedside manner is the best I have ever seen especially in a ER doctor. I wish I could actually make him my personal family doctor that is how amazing he is. The next three people, A nurse from Arkansas I believe. Her name is Leanne. One of the nicest nurse I have encountered in that hospital, or any hospital. A triage nurse, she remembered my son which shows she pays attention, and helped me out big time last night along with NP Sarah Montoya who I was waiting in Methuen for hours to only find out they didn’t have a special medication I needed. I can’t remember the triage nurses name. The Nurse Sarah called over to Haverhill so I could get right in. Please from the bottom of my heart I thank you guys. The last but not least person is Tammy Jordan a nurse assistant who checked on my and my son since we were literally there all night and was the first one to come out to the waiting room to greet me. She then came over and gave my little boy a blanket. Then I couldn’t imagine her kindness, she not only got me back into a room for my shot, She helped watch him for a minute while I ran to the bathroom to pee because he had fallen asleep. Then since I had a bag and a tricky big boy stroller that would have been uncomfortable to put my son inside sleeping since it does not lean back, she helped carry him to my car. This is the shift from about 6-midnight maybe? But I think some of them work all night long until morning. I literally have tears writing this because I am so grateful for them. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Had been to their emergency room before and the experience was nasty. Went in this week, Monday 01/30/2023 and I got the best care ever! The team from front desk, the nurse who took my vitals, the doctor and radiology gave me the best customer experience ever! Very professional team. 👏

I Had my first Outpatient procedure last week at Holy Family Haverhill . Everything went so smooth . Everyone from reception , nursing , Dr ., right down to the gentlemen that walked me out to my daughter’s car , were so kind and caring . I was totally comfortable and relaxed thru out the process . Will definitely continue to schedule my procedures here !

I was a little nervous being that it was my first surgery. Even though the staff had many other patients to attend to, they were very professional informing me of all procedures. Two nurses, my doctor's assistant and Dr Mundi asked me the same questions. This was reassuring letting me know that we were all on the same page. Needless to say the surgery went fantastic. I am healing nicely.

Registration for the lab work that the doctor had ordered took only a few minutes and the person doing it remembered me from the last time I was in and treated me like an old friend. I don’t think I had to wait five minutes before I was taken in. The lab tech also remembered me, was friendly and efficient and I was done in five minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Went in for a hurt ankle/foot after a fall. Was lucky it wasn’t too busy, and brought right in by Johnathan, a registered nurse. I was quickly put into a room, and was in X-ray within 15 minutes. The x ray tech was kind and made sure I was comfortable.

My X-ray was read and reported within another 20 minutes! Just a sprain! I forgot to grab crutches on the way out, so my husband went into the er while I waited in the car. A lovely lady (Anita?) came out and fitted me for my crutches and provided some patient education.

I was very impressed with this visit, and everyone I encountered.

I went to the ER after feeling extremely weak and with a high fever. Both nurses were excellent, even the front desk girl was extremely nice. She told me to sit in front of her so she could keep an eye on me since I was so weak and we were afraid I was going to pass out. It was around 6 AM. Both nurses and the tech were extremely attentive.

I went into the emergency room at the Holy Family campus in Haverhill anticipating that I would be waiting in the reception area for hours to be seen and treated in the ER. It was just the opposite, in less than five minutes I was checked in and three minutes later, I was seen in the ER. The nurse who was assigned to me was patient, caring and sympathetic to my medical issues and provided great treatment. Anyone and everyone that I came into contact with was polite, friendly and professional. Great job and thank you to all the health care professionals at Holy Family and across the U.S. who serve tirelessly on the front lines every day treating the sick in our communities.

I went to holy family Hospital in Haverhill in extreme pain at 2:30 in the morning, and I was registered, taken back to a bed, and seen by a doctor all in 30 minutes. I was then taken for a CT scan where I found out that I had a kidney stone and I was treated and discharged all in a timely manner. I have been to plenty of ERs where I have had to wait hours just to see a doctor. I was very pleased with my experience, and all of the staff there were very pleasant, especially considering the time of night/morning that it was.

Parking was ample and a short walk to the entrance. I was greeted warmly and assisted to my appointment location. I was quickly admitted and taken for my echocardiogram test. My caregiver, Terry was very professional, caring, and courteus. The experience was very positive. Highly recommend Holy Family Haverhill. It was a very positive experience.

The team of care takers at Holy Family Hospital are genuine and caring. Your positive experience begins from once you enter their doors. The concierge team is so welcoming and friendly. Patty and Don are the best.
I cannot thank enough the team in radiology that performed my treatment. They are a fabulous, fun loving team comprised of male and female healthcare professionals. I wish everyone well in their future endeavors.
