I'm typically TERRIFIED of dentist due to a horrible experience I had as Aspen Dental but Bagnall Family Dentistry made me feel at ease. Debbie did such an amazing job making sure I was comfortable through the entire process of my cleaning. She was so much fun to chat with and had me laughing so much. Truly loved how caring and accommodating she was. I never thought I would say this but I am looking forward to my next cleaning. Matt is also super awesome and accommodating. He stopped by to look at my tooth and provide options. From the front desk (Brittany) to the actual staff, everyone is super awesome. Truly recommend this place.

I am so happy I found this Dentist Office. They are only 1.9 miles from my home. They have such an ideal location. Beautiful Office, very bright & cheerful as soon as you step off the elevator, on the 2nd floor! Also great, convenient parking. Did I say up to date on all the latest state of the art technology as well? Great 👍 😃 compared to prior office I went to before. Also met Katrina Torres DMD I believe was her name? What a wonderful addition to the outstanding staff, she was very helpful & professional I’m very happy I found Bagnall Family Dentistry.

I had such a great experience. From intake to meeting the dentist. I reached out online and the process was quick and efficient. They called to get some clarification and made sure I was prepared for my visit. My cleaning and consultation with the dentist was informative. My teeth are happy and clean.

Had my first appointment at Bagnall Family Dentistry! Jen greeted me promptly and did a gentle, thorough Cleaning, Full set of X-rays, and oral photos. Matt completed my Exam and oral cancer screening and we discussed any concerns and recommendations that would benefit my overall health and smile. Beautiful Office

Great place! The minute you get there you get a warm welcome from everyone. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The level of communication and customer service is excellent.

I've had really bad experiences at other dental offices that is how I know this dental office is the best around. Managed and run really well from top to bottom. They have excellent staff - friendly and welcoming. I can see that patient care is their number one priority. I'm really glad I found this dental office. Dr. Matt has taken care of all of my concerns. He is thorough and knowledgeable. 5 stars! I've never felt the need to write a review for anyone but this dental office is really deserving of it. bet you can't tell which teeth are real.

Been a patient at Bagnall’s dental office for many years. Because I had to change an appointment, the friendly office staff found a spot for me with Dr Katrina Torres. Great experience. She took time to explain clearly what an issue was. She answered all my questions. She was very gentle. A great addition to an already wonderful practice.

Bagnall Family Dentistry is the best. I live in Boston and travel up to Andover to see them. Front desk is fantastic as are the hygienists and the Dentist!

Dr. Matt and Jen are the best. Friendly and clearly great at what they do. With COVID and other life stuff going on I was pretty embarrassed/nervous after such a long hiatus of seeing the dentist (more years than I even want to post on a Google review), but as soon as I got there they eased my worries. Glad to be back on the tracks, and so glad I found this office!!

Everyone I've ever encountered at Bagnall Family Denistry, has been very nice, and very accommodating. They really know how to make you feel comfortable during any procedure. Even my little ones have no issues with having to go, and that says a lot!

I am a long-standing patient of Bagnall Family Dentistry, as are my parents and my children. Going to the dentist can be very stressful, but clearly does not have to be, and it isn’t at Bagnall Family Dentistry.

The waiting room is comfortable and calming although generally, not much time is spent waiting.
The office itself is very clean, modern and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Hygienic protocols above and beyond the norm were put in place post-pandemic and have become routine and really contribute to the feeling of safety and sanitation.

The administrative staff is quick to greet you upon arrival and any paperwork is super easy with the aid of technology. The staff is also very helpful with referrals, insurance information and remembering to ask if a school note is necessary. They are a tremendous help with scheduling; very flexible and compassionate. I have a two hour drive one-way to get to the office and schedule my appointment concurrently with my three older children whose calendars are jam-packed. It is a logistical nightmare to schedule four appointments for at or near the same timeslot, yet they are very patient and accommodating which makes the process so much easier.

I appreciate the skill and attention to detail throughout the appointment; the hygienist takes the time to ask about any changes in health and answers any questions with genuine compassion. They are always gentle and although I have VERY sensitive teeth, I rarely find it uncomfortable.

When Dr. Matt comes in for the final check, he is always cheerful and thorough, and I never feel as though I am being rushed out of the office. I feel that he is very knowledgeable, and I trust what he says and always feel that he has my best interest in mind. He is always willing to answer questions and provide feedback. The visit usually turns to a little chitchat about family and then we are off. Quick and painless.

Overall, my experience at Bagnall Family Dentistry has been exceptional. They really go above and beyond what is necessary to be a good dental practice; they are extraordinary.

Love this practice! We’ve been patients for 30 years and now our grand kids are patients of Dr. Matt’s. I’ve never felt the need to second guess Kevin when he had the practice or Matt now. They are both honest and practical and IMHO excellent dentists. The office is run without a hitch and they have always been most accommodating. Mary at the front desk is a charmer and all of the hygienists do great work. We’ve also been happy with any specialists that we’ve been referred to for surgeries.

I’ve been a patient with Bagnall Family Dentistry for 37 years! Do the math on this and you will realize that I first met Matt when he was in diapers!!!! After a distressing visit to a pediatric dentist when he was very young, I even brought my son here and they won him over on the first visit! The great service and friendly staff have never waivered under Matt’s management. Thank you Kevin, Nancy and Matt!

I have been going to Dr. Bagnall for 34 years. The first time I went I lived down the street from their old office. I needed a root canal in an emergency and Kevin Bagnall took good care of me. At that time I met Matthew Bagnall who was just three years old. Today Dr. Matt put a temporary crown on a broken tooth. He did a fantastic job with a minimum of pain. His dental assistant was also highly trained, courteous and kind. The office is also very professionally run. I recommend this Dentist office to anyone!

It is always a pleasure to have my dental work done by Bagnall Family Dentistry. Kevin, who is semi-retired, treated me today. He is mostly retired, but came in today and did my cleaning and exam. It was good to see him again.
