The staff is welcoming and friendly. My dental hygienist is competent and pleasant. My dentist has always offered excellent advice and been skillful in handling crowns and root canals. I fully endorse this dental practice!

After having an awful dental experience a week prior to going to here, they made me feel much better about going to the dentist. Everyone is exceptionally nice and professional. They all made me feel very comfortable, from the reception to the dentist, after having a not very good experience at a different practice. They all cared very much to make sure I was comfortable and at ease during and after my visit. I will definitely be using them as my main and only dental office now.

I’ve been going here for all of my dentle care for the last 10 years. They never disappoint. Dr. Sweeney is the best, and all of the hygienists provide excellent cleanings and care.

Another great visit at Andover Dental Group. I switched from my previous dentist to this location and I thoroughly enjoy each visit. I am a fairly new patient to this practice. And Wow. Never before have I had such a positive experience at the dentist. The staff are incredibly friendly. Every receptionist, hygienist, and dentist I have interacted with so far have been very kind. During all of my visits they made me feel comfortable and ensured I was fully aware of all information needed to understand the details of the appointment.
My most recent visit involved a procedure I was extremely nervous about (had gone terribly in the past). Dr. Sweeney and his wonderful and caring assistant Julie made the whole experience super easy. In the “That’s it?!” kind of way.

Second edit - ACD continues to prove themselves as a top notch office. They are so kind, gentle, move slow through the procedures and talk you through the whole thing. I can’t say enough good things about them and intern they’ve almost eliminated my severe dental anxiety.

Edit - I have now been visiting for a while and they continue to be top notch. My dental anxiety is almost nonexistent and they continue to go slow and talk me through everything. It’s so so helpful. Dr. Sweeney and his whole staff are awesome.

They do an amazing job catering to people with severe dental anxiety. And I am never ever in pain and if something is uncomfortable they stop immediately and don’t start again until I am comfortable or they do something differently. They don’t over sell things and I never feel pressure to buy anything. They go over x-rays with you in the room and I have never felt as though I did not need anything that they were recommending. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. They make going to the dentist suck a whole lot less!

I have had 5 crowns done by Dr. Sweeney with the help of his wonderful assistant Julie in the past year. It was the best experience I ever had at a dentist. He knew how nervous and anxious I was about redoing my two front teeth and he assured me that we would get it right! Thank you so much to you and your wonderful office.
