I inquired about a very hard to get Tudor timepiece about 5 weeks ago. I was contacted by Steve Leed the owner the same day I put in the inquiry. Steve is a wonderful guy! After talking to him I brought in my family. I looked at a few watches they had in stock but I still had my eye on the hard to get piece. Steve told me it might take months. I said I was willing to wait. During this time Steve was still texting me back and forth keeping me up to date. I also met Daniel while I was there and the both of us share a passion for watches and Daniel is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.

Yesterday I got the call my watch was in and I couldn’t believe it as other dealers told me 6 months minimum! Well it’s here on my wrist and I could not be happier with my purchase or the service I received. If you’re in the market for a new timepiece or even a pre owned one Royal is the place to go! They have a massive selection with all top brands.

I am not one to post reviews all too often but I am so impressed and pleased I have to! I had my grandmother’s ring that was given to me re-sized and cleaned. It needed the prongs to be built up as well. I was so nervous but let me tell you, the jeweler did an amazing job! Beautiful work, the ring looks brand new and fits perfect. Very happy we chose Royal Jewelers! We will be back!

Fantastic experience shopping at Royal Jewelers! Margaret and co-owner Paula assisted us and couldn’t have been nicer. It was good to see Paula again as she sold us our wedding rings 40+ years ago and I’m as happy with my current purchase as I am with our wedding rings which we still have! Despite the many changes over the last forty years, Royal Jewelers continues to be a family business with quality merchandise, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable owners and staff. Next time we’re looking for a quality watch or jewelry piece, ww will save time and go straight to Royals.

When shopping for engagement rings, our first stop was Royal Jewelers on the recommendation of my cousin who has shopped there for years. We quickly found out we didn't need to go anywhere else. Had an amazing experience with Royal Jewelers. Steven and Dina helped me get the perfect engagement ring. My fiancé loves it and it’s absolutely brilliant. Being from out of state, Dina was so responsive and helpful through the whole process. I came in to see the diamond and then about 5 weeks later the ring was shipped safely and securely to me in North Carolina. I couldn’t recommend them enough. My fiancé and I are definitely customers for life!

I had an awesome experience! I went to look at the watches, and they had a great selection. Daniel was very helpful and showed me many pieces. I didn’t see the one I wanted, so someone went to the back and brought one up! I got a great deal and went home happy!

I live in New York and worked with Giao to design an engagement ring almost entirely remotely; I could not have been more impressed! As a novice jewelry buyer, she helped educate me extensively on the the process and everything I needed to know. She assisted me throughout each step including selecting a center stone, side stones, and a setting, always showing me multiple options and helping me navigate each decision. When I was able to make it into the shop to make the final selections, she had everything I needed in place to maximize my visit giving me confidence in my choices. I always felt like a top priority, and she was incredibly responsive, quickly instilling trust in her and Royal Jewelers. Most importantly, she helped make an intimidating process seamless and easy. I can't say enough about Royal Jewelers and owner, Paula Leed. My wife and I met with Paula looking for suggestions on what to do with some very sentimental pieces of jewelry. Paula had multiple suggestions and, within minutes, my wife fell in love with them. I visited Royal Jeweler's when I was looking to purchase my first Grand Seiko watch. I had called a few days before and spoke to Bill, he answered all the questions I had and invited me come down to take a look at their selection. I visited on a very busy tax free Saturday but Bill and his teammates made sure I knew I was a priority and as soon as Bill was free I got his undivided attention. I took my time reviewing the options they had available and ultimately decided I had my heart set on a model they were out of that day. Bill offered to arrange for it to be ordered, covered shipping and communicated with me through the entire process. Five days later I received my brand new Grand Seiko delivered to my doorstep. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and will absolutely be back.

What an outstanding experience with Royal Jewelers! I have been shopping for a specific Grand Seiko model and was referred to Gil at Royal. After really taking the time to listen, Gil was able to source the exact watch I was looking for and we completed an easy and fair transaction on Wednesday. The next day, here in Phoenix the watch was at my door and I am wearing it today to celebrate watching the Masters in November! I give Royal and Gil highest marks and look forward to returning for more. Highest recommendation!

I’m going to jump right into my full experience with Royal Jewelers starting with the wonderful Paula Leed who I consider a highly exemplified leader who is compassionate, heart warming and sincere.

My overall unforgettable experience at Royal Jewelers started with a out of the blue phone call with Paula who is a in reach yet busy acquaintance whom I personally met while tending bar at the best seafood restaurant of all time over the passed 5 years. (Peteys summertime seafood)
Anytime she came in, my momental existence is fulfilled with everlasting memories full of laughter and intuition I personally believe influences the necessary structure to the human nature defined sense we call happiness.

I called her about a girl who I met at Petey’s on a Tuesday of 2/22/22 who I was HEAD OVER HEELS FOR just about right away.. I knew the only person who would understand my ingenuity is Paula.
She gave me proper guidance, more or less ambition to orchestrate my future with this young woman named Savannah who I met at the bar I’ve tended at for years. I’m talking phone calls/texts even in-person excursions. Within 5 weeks I knew that I couldn’t possibly see myself with anyone else and Paula of all the people in the world was the only one who sensed my sincerity.
As time passed and I worked at full effort at attaining this seemingly enough unattainable woman. I reached out to all sources to becoming the man that this woman not only deserved but has dreamt about her entire life.

Savannah and I went off on a road trip with her family the week after I asked her to marry me at this local bar we were having cocktails at in Kittery, Maine called the Wallingford dram. While we were in Ogunquit we picked out this beautiful 7 carat blue zircon with 3 diamonds on both sides.

I told Paula I needed to find a band for myself so Savannah and I made our trip down to Royal Jewelers to broaden my horizons in the man’s bands world. We walk in, we are greeted immediately by ALL OF THE STAFF with smiles and visible preparation of effort brought right to the front door upon our arrival. I asked for Paula Leed, (she knew I was coming 😉) about 10 minutes later she walks out of her office in a dazzling outfit with nothing but a pure smile.

We dilly-dallied and waltzed right away through the establishment browsing for what My vision was seeking for in my forever wedding band to be, yet nothing Had quite caught my eyes. Just before I finished browsing I stumbled upon this glass case full of absolutely mesmerizing rings and bands.
I spotted one band that matched Savannahs blue zircon coloring identically. I asked her to take it out and try it on… Paula’s words right away were “Shiloh you have amazing taste.”

The Wellendorf collection ring called
“Listen to Your Heart”. I put it on intensely glamorized by its very existence and entertaining spinning functions. I stared, configured and yet confused at its sizing as it was only a size 9, I was a 10… I pretend I’m a 9 and it didn’t make it over my finger 😂
We talked over how these rings were made and turns out there were no more in my size INTERNATIONALLY.

I asked Paula not just out of desperation but encouragement for her to reach out to the Wellendorf laboratory and request to have it resized upon purchase. I awaited a text from her that day and she got back to me instantly after my departure. (Of course after informing me that she would get back to me over the weekend LOL) Paula made me feel at home and satisfied when I found out they were going to make it for me.

I have been excitingly impatiently awaiting for the arrival of my Wellendorf band for our wedding in Aruba on Veterans Day 11/11. Then through countless efforts of planning to pick it up and orchestrate it appropriately..it was delivered to me VIA PAULA LEED in person on the day of her 30th birthday making it that much more special and I feel honored.

Royal Jewelers was the third jewelry store I visited to shop for a watch. Their selection and their service far exceeded my expectations. Even though they were very busy I was given amazing service. All my questions were answered and I left with an amazing watch. I will definitely return for any future needs.

We had an unforgettable engagement day and it wouldn’t have been possible without the gorgeous ring from Royal Jewelers. Paula made sure the ring was something my fiancé would love (she jumped up and down screaming for 45 minutes…literally lol) and it was at a price point I was comfortable paying. Thank you so much :)

After taking over from his father, Steve Leed has built the store into an institution in MA. He has put together a team of people who care more about getting you the right necklace, ring, or watch, rather than simply selling you the most expensive item in the store. I always feel like a cherished friend when I stop by, rather than a customer, and that quality is hard to come by these days. Go to Royal and say hello - you won’t regret it.

Making the decision to purchase, upgrade or repair jewelry is a hard decision. You may be concerned about the pressure you may encounter from a sales person or not knowing exactly what you’re looking for.

The warm and welcoming vibe is the first impression you feel at Royal Jewelers. The second feeling, is one of awe at the beautiful expansive store with all the unique pieces. There is absolutely something for everyone in this store.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Laura and Gil. They were knowledgeable, sincere and helpful in their suggestions. These two amazing people wanted to do what was right for us. There was never any pressure and made us feel so comfortable. While we were working with these consultants, the owner Paula, took the time to come and work with us. She knew we were not sure what we wanted to do for the ring we came in to upgrade. Paula is compassionate, genuine and speaks from the heart. She took a genuine interest in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. It didn’t matter to her how much other work she had to do or what other people in the store needed her attention, she spent all her time with us.

If you are in the market to purchase, upgrade or just want to work with “non” sales oriented people, who have the MOST incredible selection of jewelry, then Royal Jewelers is the ONLY place to go. I was in the market for a specific Cartier watch and Royal was the only local AD with both sizes of the model I was interested in. Gil couldn't have been more patient and helpful throughout the process. I was even able to have a pleasant conversation with Bill one of the other watch specialists when I went back to make my purchase. I consider myself lucky to have a local AD with two gentlemen who have both knowledge and passion with regard to watches, as I've had experiences in the past where closing the sale were the priority and knowledge was deemed unessential.
