The woman Sonya at this Fed Ex store was so nice and went way beyond out of her way to help me, I'm not that good on using smart phones, which I needed to upload a scan thingy from my email and she had no problem on walking me thru the steps I had to take to get my items returned. I thought for sure my packages weren't going to be returned cause I had no idea how to do it but she had no problem helping, you don't get that kind of help like she did at anyplace anymore..nice and friendly place and people.

I went to pick up my items, they told me they no longer get items from wish, they gave me a number because my email and bar code state my items were delivered there. I called the number only for it to say wish don’t have phone support. How does everything say my items are there except the store

Who do I believe the reviews or what I am experiencing right now? I was supposed to get a package delivered there from Amazon on a Thursday driver couldn’t get in at 4pm, went back Friday at 1pm the place was closed! How is this business even open? Supposedly open 9-6pm, I have a great suggestion hire another person so when you have to take a break there wouldn’t be a need to close shop! I thought I would support our local businesses big mistake! I will stick with Saugus!!👋

Showed up to the store at around 4PM on Friday. There was a sign on the door that read “be back in 15 minutes”. Waited 15 minutes and store remained unoccupied. Terrible service.

The owner of the store is a racist. I came last week with my daughter. She was extremely rude to us.
