Seabrook Inn

We absolutely love this place. It's family run. The room rates are certainly reasonable. The rooms are clean, comfortable quiet and roomy. They have 3 pools! The kids love it here and were never bored. They have a playground and picnic areas with grills. This is the second time we stayed here and it was just as wonderful as the first! The staff was great. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast. There's plenty of parking. There's a store and restaurant across the street. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I were travelling from the Boston are to Maine and needed a place to stop for the night. We were so pleased with this place. It was conveniently located. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated all the perks in the room. The shower was wonderful and the water was not too hot or too cold. There was an adequate amount of towels in the room for both of us to shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a GREAT nights sleep. We both at the continental breakfast and I was pleased with the selection that was provided. I was not there at a time to enjoy the pools. But my husband and I are planning to travel back again and spend some time here with our children. The price for the room was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. I cannot say enough about the courteous and friendly staff. I had a WONDERFUL conversation with the breakfast attendant while I ate.

I have NO idea why so many people left such poor reviews. We are on our second night there right now and really like it. Very comfortable air conditioned room with a large bed (6 pillows wooo hooo), mini fridge, coffee maker, iron, microwave, big screen TV… everything is clean… just a very nice hotel. I think people just like to complain. 🤷🏼‍♀

As our constant family vacation spot, the Seabrook Inn again this year did not disappoint. Since we found this place back when my daughter was 3 we have never had a bad stay. With so many childrens activities we filled many years vacations with good times and fun. Now that she is 17, we still continue to stay here as it is the best value in the entire seacoast area. With the pools, games, breakfast, and friendly atmosphere it has become for us our 'home away from home.'. This can be attested to by the many repeat families we see staying here year after year. This us a very big resort tons of rooms! Our room was kinda dated but very clean! New coffee machine in our room.Beds very comfortable. Owner very nice family man.easy check in.

I have stayed in most of the accommodations in and around the Hampton-Seabrook area, and this is the one I will stick with. My former 'regular' place has changed hands and gone to the dogs. All of the other reviews pf Seabrook Inn are correct, and that is what influenced me to book here. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything works as it is supposed to. The staff is not only friendly and accommodating, but consistently so. The courtesy breakfast was appetisingly presented and well maintained. And the price was right. We shall return!

Great experience at this hotel. I went once in 2012 and again in 2013. There were two pools, one being a kiddy pool. The petting zoo was still being built.

Fun for the whole family, the walks aren't bad either.

I got drunk af. Lit off some.dank ass nug and they were chill af about it. Keep in mind I wasn't being dumb about it. It only smelled in our room which was a smoking room and we were quiet after 1 am but. Was able to throw a dope party. And nothing happened. We cleaned up after.our.selfs. So we had no problems w house keeping .would recommend to anyone looking for a place to party. Or just needing a hotel room. This place is primo much love to the staff here

Stayed here for the Smuttynose Rockfest and they were incredibly accommodating. They gave runners a discount, started breakfast early, and allowed for late check out. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Let's start this off with the obvious, the place needs a major renovation. But the staff is friendly, room was clean, shower was hot and the bed was comfortable.

I was there this pass saturday 9/1/18 after seen so many negative reviews i have to say that i was impress ! My room was very clean matress were firm and in excelent condition( NO BUG BED AT ALL ) the staff was very nice and the breakfast was excelent the area was clean also the swimming pool was excelent its a great place to enjoy with the family !!

The new owners have truly turned this place into a home away from home kind of place..... I stay here often just to get away..... And I really can't say better things about it..... The clean rooms, bed and breakfast, laundry onsite and for a more comfortable space their are suites which are absolutely amazing!!!

I stayed at Seabrooke with family and friends and we had so much fun. There were slides and pools and the food was great. The room was really great and the service was also. We all had a great time!

They need thicker toilet paper, but had a very warm environment. The heater and AC were very simple to use, and they were a very good service.

We enjoyed our stay at the Seabrook. It was comfortable and clean. The people were very nice and did whatever was needed to make our stay more enjoyable.

I stay here when I work in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I have only praise and no complaints.

I been to Seabrook inns lots of times I hate how they got rid of half of the stuff, but it's still fun they have ,water slides ,an pools, a park, a Ferris wheel,and a arcade a mile away they also have good breakfast and an awesome view of the pools.

The best bargain on the seacoast. Super value with a great breakfast. Ive stayed here many times and will certainly do so again.
