Wanted to make a deposit. (I bank with a credit union). I realize that credit unions only partner with other credit unions and not banks. For some reason I thought I saw online that with my particular credit union I was able to deposit at this location which I thought was odd. I stopped in on my way up to Plaistow and I asked the lady at the counter if I could deposit for my credit union. I explained I thought I saw online thatit said I was able to. I asked is this just a bank or a credit union? She went to the lady at the drive through window to ask. The lady in the back made I confused rude ugly face like it was a stupid question as if I couldn't see her. Front desk lady came back and said no. I said oh I'm sorry that's weird I thought I saw online it said I could. And asked, I'm assuming this is just a bank and not a credit union? She said she didn't know. Kind of confused as to why she didn't know what type of organization she worked at, I left. I wonder if the lady in the back will make the same confused ugly face when she reads that someone working with her doesn't know if they work at a bank or a credit union.

Ive had to call this bank at least twice in the last 2 years to inform them the U.S. Flag out front of this location is tattered and should be replaced. The current one is hanging by one grommet currently and has been for a few weeks.

If I can give it 0 star I would.
