Dr. Aggarwal is the best! I brought my toddler here for his first dental visit, off of a recommendation from a friend, and she was so kind and patient with him. I appreciated that she was patient with me as well, while I was actively helicopter parenting the whole experience :)

The office itself was easy to access and felt warm and inviting. Parking is easy in the spacious lot, and the office felt so much warmer than the typical medical/dental setting, which I really appreciate. I'd definitely bring my toddler here again and will come here for my next cleaning as well.

I cannot commend Dr. Aggarwal enough. Her staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease from the moment I walk in. She is not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout. I've now had the pleasure of having numerous procedures. Absolutely zero pain and perfect results, and this is coming from an extremely phobic patient. The clinic is impeccably clean, and the use of modern technology was impressive. I would highly recommend Dr. Aggarwal and her team for anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a friendly and proficient environment. She is the dentist. I have been waiting for all my life. Kudos.

I was in between dentists so choosing the right dental clinic was important to me. I am happy to report that Genesis Dental was the right choice!
The clinic was warm, welcoming and updated. All the staff including Dr Aggarwal, the hygienist, Michelle and the receptionist were friendly and welcoming.
Dr Aggarwal is knowledgeable and provided genuine advice. She did not push any unnecessary treatments on me so I felt like I could trust her.

What a great experience. Dr. Aggarwal and her staff are top notch! No "shaming" me for not seeing a dentist for years. She listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained my options. No high pressure tactics to get the most expensive treatment. We came up with a treatment plan and she discussed the timeline and next steps. Did an extraction for me on my first visit. No referring me to an oral surgeon to have it done. Quick and painless, just the way I like it. Highly recommend her practice.

I have been going to Riverside for years and there has been a few staff changes. For the past few appointments I have had Michelle and she is wonderful, pleasant and very thorough.
I was told today that the current Doctor has purchase the business and the staff will be permanent. That is great news.

Dr Aggarwal has been very good at explaining dental procedures in ways that I can understand. I have found her to be an outstanding dentist. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always find a way to accommodate my dental needs. Plus I like the idea of a smaller practice.

So far GREAT!!! I went elsewhere 1 1/2 yrs.ago (MZL dental peabody)they attempted to do a root canal in the back for about 3 1/2 hours then told me they couldn't do it and would pull the tooth-would be quick but for some reason pulling the tooth took another few hours..was a nightmare& because of it I didn't go to a dentist since even though I neeeed work. I was so apprehensive to go anywhere and I called this place and actually spoke w/the dentist on the phone. She was really kind and literally Listen to my story, including my background w/cancer, bad procedures & dental anxiety. That's what made me choose this dentist over another I had called. When I went, I had chipped a tooth, but in the back and old cavity so basically Even though you couldn't see it from the front, including the back, there was a huge part of my front tooth missing. She got me right in and she repaired it w/bonding! worked magic, because so much much of the tooth was missing.will do cap in the future but for now I didn't have to walk around looking like that. It went great and when it was time for a cleaning because I went so many years during cancer treatment not getting one, I needed a deep cleaning. I'm actually glad I'd rather be numb for it. I really get a lot of anxiety about dental work, especially after that nightmare exp. At the other place. I went in for the first half of my deep cleaning w/Michelle and it went great.. I'm going back to start w/my cavities. I have three next week and I'm really not worried about them because the dentist is really kind, compitent and makes sure you're comfortable. I'm supposed to get another root canal and I swore I absolutely would not, and I'd rather have my tooth taken then go through that again. The dentist and woman upfront spoke w/me and I made an appnt for two weeks but I'm really just having a hard time getting over my anxiety from last attempted root canal at other place- because basically the anesthesia wore off after so many hours and they just got to the point where they couldn't give me any more. Even through all my cancer treatment, which was a lot, that dentist in Peabody (MZL) just about the worst medical experience I've been through. So the fact that I'm even considering getting a root canal here really really speaks volumes to the good exp. i've had so far. I do feel pretty confident w/them because this dentist really knows her stuff. She performed magic on my front teeth and I love that she asks a lot to make sure that I'm comfortable. I need a lot of work on my teeth. Ever since I got celiac they really got bad. I just feel so happy and blessed that I found a dental office that I'm comfortable with that also takes mass health. I guess I will be there a lot to catch up on work. I can update after the root canal. I'm still so nervous, but that's just way more about me than them...I've gone to two appointments I had worked done now, and so far everything went great!! Wanted to leave a longer than normal review, so I can be helpful towards others Because I know how it is to have dental anxiety. I would say if anyone is considering and they get dental anxiety or have sensitive teeth/gums; then Go to this place and let them know and you will not regret it! Even before that other bad root canal experience, I tried out a few diff. places in Haverhill and just not good experiences. I won't get into all the details, but I found one dentist. I liked in Lawrence That was good yet he didn't take my insurance. Because I was having such bad luck. I even went to him twice and just paid cash.... So really I feel like it's taking me years to find a place that I'm comfortable with that takes Masshealth. I'm so glad that I chose them! It's just such a relief to find a good Dentist when you have bad dental anxiety yet you know you need a lot of work done: Definitely try these guys out! I love how They have been patient with my dental anxiety as well, instead of treating me impatient or like they were annoyed or didnt care- experienced none of that here. Highly reccomend!!!

Visited Genesis for my bi annual cleaning. I was very happy w my care. First, I had the same hygienist , Michele. Love her technique, especially the soft brushing in the end. Then I got to meet our new doctor, Dr P Aggarwal or Dr A, which is easier to remember! All personal, professional, sensible and " not pushy" w treatments.. But most of all, I'm excited that we are back to an owner run office. I'll see the same doctor and staff to continue my care and plan of treatment. Best of luck Dr A and your Genesis staff.

Riverside Dental Associates was a great experience for me. I went in as a new patient and was treated with a very welcoming staff everyone was great! DR james Tsa was very thorough with explaining all that needed to be done to maintain and keep a healthy smile…. His staff was truly amazing and very professional. I also had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist who did an amazing job and who also very thorough with everything as well. I’m very pleased and will definitely be back for future follow ups. My Root Canal went smoothly, took only 35 Minutes and that is with an infection! It's nice to be out of pain! The Staff is very nice and informative! It is worth my 45 Drive! Thank You!

James Tse and his staff are very professional and kind. They are very transparent about insurance coverage and procedures that need to be done. James is an excellent dentist, would highly recommend him in you reside in the haverhill area.

I had an issue since getting my braces off in high school, over the years no other dentist recommended I do anything about it.. I wish we took before and after pics, it looks and feels so much better. The filling procedure took less than 30mins, she used the perfect amount of novocaine, and there was absolutely zero pain. This is a great practice. I don’t have insurance and I was happy to pay out of pocket for such high quality professionalism. Thank you riverside!!

Excellent dental practice!

Dr Patel is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m one of those dentist anxiety people. I have been since I was a kid. In the past I had to take Ativan before going to dentist. Not the case with Dr Patel. Besides her knowledge and precision , her confidence and kindness puts you at ease. Takes her time , makes sure your ok during the procedure. Never had Novocain administered as she does-painless. I’m a retired nurse so I’m particular with my health care. Janice is a fabulous hygienist. The assistant also very good, sorry to say I don’t remember her name. You can’t go wrong with this practice.

I had an appointment this morning and the staff was very caring, also the front desk associate was kind and professional.

First visit for cleaning. Very thorough. Took pictures of my teeth. Pamela was awesome!!! She showed me the issues I have with my teeth. Also did excellent cleaning of my teeth👍👍👍

My dental hygienist was fantastic! She is very friendly and compassionate, and does a super great job cleaning teeth!
