The mam who owns this is sweet & sincere and more importantly represents small business. Anyone sick of the general types of interaction you endure at large corporate driven businesses will cherish this small town pharmacy here in one the countries fastest growing cities.

The person at the desk was very nice and was able to handle my prescription filling without a problem in about 30 minutes for three prescriptions and being a new customer with no insurance. Handed them my prescriptions from the doc and then waited in their comfy chairs. Great prices on my prescriptions and no problems. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Now a days its hard to find the care in healthcare but it is alive and well here. Absolutely THE BEST. Being disabled is a very tough experience. Being involved in a car accident made that experience so much harder. I have felt a little lost but am so thankful for BestRX for stepping in.

I had been with a chain pharmacy who wouldn't answer questions and never explained issues. BestRX are the pharmacy willing to help and actually call my insurance directly. I am a unique case who needs a pharmacy/pharmacist who cares and I am absolutely blown away by the care at BestRX.

I am so glad our family switched from using CVS, Safeway, Walgreens etc. we were constantly having issues with getting our refills on time.

At Best RX you are treated like family. Locally owned and operated and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and friendly. It's so nice to have a pharmacy that genuinely cares about you and your children's well being. I would HIGHLY recommend switching to this pharmacy above any others. They accept major insurances and always take the time to answer any questions even for over the counter needs. I even got my vaccine here. If you're tired of waiting for hours for your prescription to get filled, and waiting in long lines at chain pharmacies transfer to Best RX.

Like other reviewers switched from the chain pharmacies to Best-Rx. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. It’s nice to go into a place and see the same faces - and for those faces to not be exhausted and hating their job consistently. Even asked for advice about over the counter items and was given helpful personalized information. Didn’t know a local community pharmacy was still an option and I’m so glad it is!

This place was beyond my expectations. Customer service and assistance was much better than any CVS or Walgreens I’ve been to. Beyond that, they gave us a rose and some other things that added a nice touch. Highly recommend.

I have recently switched from CVS to Best-RX pharmacy. I would 1000% recommend to family and friends that I couldn’t be happier about the switch. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Unlike the bigger corporate pharmacies BEST-RX pharmacy makes every visit personal, they give me a rose when I pick up my prescription, give me information and feedback regarding my scripts I am picking up. They also give me a Covid test which I felt was an added extra touch of great customer service given that it’s flu and Covid season. Staff and services are amazing, if you are looking for a dependable pharmacy with great customer service BestRX pharmacy is where you need to go for all your prescription needs.

This is honestly not only the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with but one of the best businesses in general.

I love this pharmacy for myself and my family. Having a grandmother with dementia, it can be hard getting her immunizations and medications handled but they took care of us and made her feel happy and comfortable.

Their name says it all, they literally are the BEST! Stop dealing with terrible customer service and wait times at the big chains. This place is a hidden gem. Process times are unreal. I called leaving the doctor office and they were already working on it. It was ready well before we could even get there! And they have FREE DELIVERY if you prefer! I have my routine monthly med straight to my house. No having to load/unload my kids just to go to a pharmacy. They could not make it any easier or a better experience. Wish I would have known and switched sooner! Also they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Made the extra effort to tell us to space some medications apart so they would work more effectively. Never would receive anything close to this at a chain. Thank you best rx!

Best pharmacy I have ever been too! The employees here are kind, considerate, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me and my friend needing quick vaccines and international certificates. They truly care about you as the customer and as a person! Will be back - thank you so much!

After dealing with the big three letter chain place this place is amazing. They are friendly, helpful, seem to really care and work with you if you need. They get the meds filled quickly and can even deliver. Once in a while a doctor accidentally sends the prescription to the old big chain place and it is always a headache makes us appreciate this place even more.

I would like to give Best RX Pharmacy 5 stars! I am new to Mesa,and was looking for a reliable Pharmacy. They are so nice and helpful, I feel that they really care about their customers. Each time I pick up my medicine, I don't have to wait more than 4 minutes because they already have it filled. Very respectful and very polite, I like their customer service skills!

Best prices in town and the owners make you feel like a friend and treat you like family! I have had so many personal bad experiences at big box/big name pharmacies and been treated by them like a non human or they will judge me by my medication and treat me a certain way!

But NOT here... I honestly look forward to seeing them on my medicine fills and love the owners and staff and they are always giving me fun freebies (calendar, key chain flashlight, travel first aid kits, hand disinfectant)!!!

Such lovely and knowledgeable pharmacists here! My doctor called them with some questions on my behalf and was very impressed with how helpful they are. It’s so nice to know my doctor was able to call and speak directly to a pharmacist immediately instead of being put through a never ending automated phone menu.

Best customer service out of any local pharmacy in town. They always take care of me for my prescriptions and vaccinations. And the best part is they always have the best price and take my insurance provider.
