I brought my daughter in for sneakers for work and wow! What an experience! The team was so helpful and knowledgeable plus the perfect measurements helprd fine the perfect sneakers for being on her feet all day at work. Thank you so much for all your help!

The store really is awesome u will realize the good vibes once u enter the store really everyone really they smile and they know exactly there jop and they try to help u a lot without getting annoyed or getting bored until really u get exactly what u r looking for..special thanks for that beautiful cute gir (Bailey) she’s really awesome she’s 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars service a lot positive energy she can give even the other co workers they are very nice and gentle people..very good experience 🙂👌

I had the best salesperson in Mansfield ever!! She didn't make a negative comment on how long I wanted to come in for new Hokas! She was very supportive and extremely helpful, also had a sweet personality!!! She made my experience so easy, I wish I could remember her name, !!!

The staff really go out of their way to help you find the shoes that are best suited for you. And, if they are not, Marathon has a great return policy. I think it is 30 days. They also have anything else you would need for running: socks, shorts, sunglasses, hats, etc.

The staff was very helpful. I had recently fractured my ankle and needed sneakers that balanced my gate while walking. That staff showed me several options.

My Doctor recommended I go to a quality shoe store and get fitted properly, including the right size and support needs for sneakers. How incredible was the service I received from Brendan at Mansfield Marathon Sports. The time he spent with me to fully analyze my requirements, his knowledge of what my best options were, and extra effort he took to get me the perfect sneaker was truly world class. Overall my experience was 10++++. The Customer Service industry seems to be failing when it counts most and Marathon Sports (Brendon) provided a shining example that others can follow.

After wasting $50 at the Wrentham outlets buying a pair of almost fitting sneakers, I went to Marathon. The salesperson carefully measured my foot and, to my surprise, my foot has flattened a bit and I was up a half size. She brought me 4 pairs to try, but I wasn't crazy about the style of the sneaker that fit best, so she ordered the newer model for me and it was shipped to my home 2 days later. Very happy with the results.

I recently returned a pair of sneakers that I had worn for several months. Unfortunately, one of the sneakers wore out on the inside heel exposing a structural piece of metal used for support. When I presented the sneaker to the staff, the management, without question, immediately agreed to replace the pair of sneakers. Two days later they were delivered to my front steps

If you have problem with your feet don't be afraid to go there to buy a tennis . there will fixe your problem .

Customer service is number 1 at Marathon sport. The second I walked in they greeted me and asked if I needed any help! I have gotten a stride analysis done countless times, but it wasn’t necessary his visit. That said, they would have no issue. Selected my shoe, tried it on, went for a run and knew it was for me. I loved every cross country jersey hanging in the store, I saw even mine on the outskirts of central ma. Brought back memories. I have the shoes for a few days and ran about 30+ miles in them so they are good. Great store all around! Worth the visit!

This place is fantastic. The available gait analysis and ultra precision foot measurement made for a perfect fitting running sneaker choice. Massive selection for all shapes and sizes of feet for all running levels. Will likely never buy running shoes anywhere else again.

They also sell tons of athletic wear, have yet to delve into that space...

I come here for new sneakers yearly. I wear leg braces and the staff is always kind, helpful and knowledgable. The store carries a wide variety of shoe sizes, styles and widths. I recommend coming here even if you're not a runner! A great store for larger sizes and widths.

I got a pair of sneakers here that were picked for me. I tried them out for a couple weeks but they hurt my feet while walking. I have really flat feet and tendinitis so I have a hard time finding sneakers. I was able to exchange them and get a different pair that I absolutely LOVE. My feet feel amazing in them. Everyone who works there is awesome and very helpful. Their prices are comparable to other places online. My husband ended up getting a pair there too. I would definitely return if I needed help choosing sneakers in the future!

Always a great experience at Marathon! I'm not a serious runner and they always treat me with respect. I've never been disappointed with a pair of sneakers bought here and the staff does a great job narrowing the selection down for me

I'm a physical therapist that spent 4 years treating nothing but runners and I went in to Marathon to replace my worn out Asics with the intention of trying out something new. Normally, running shoes stores like this try to force runners myself included) into a specific shoe either because they are told to push a certain product or personal experience.

I felt everyone at Marathon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They understand that when it comes to running shoes, comfort is the most important thing and they let me try on several different pairs to see which I liked best. I'll definitely be sending my patients and runners to this store for all their running needs!

Marathon Sports in Mansfield is a fantastic place to get your running, walking or cross training shoes and gear.

I have problem feet flat foot and a cross over toe, I get a pain in my arch when I work out. I explained these issues to the staff and they gave me several type of athletic shoes to try. The Staff there was so helpful in fitting me and determining what type of footwear would be the best for my issues so I can be comfortable working out. They watch you walk and determine just what support you need.

Prices are comparable to other footwear stores but the special service the staff gives is amazing.

Great people and a great selection of shoes, tried out a few and found the right pair for me. The prices were also very competitive with not only surrounding stores but also online.

Staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Friendly and helpful. Treadmill available for testing products. Everything from rollers, smell away, sport clothes, to trainers and spikes and much more.
