I have been going to meg for lashes since 2018. I have always left my appointments feeling refreshed and happy. She is not only a great lash tech, but a responsible and organized business owner. Meg is driven to paying close attention to client requests, and does everything in her power to follow through for you! Her work has always been immaculate, fast, and persistent. I’m very lucky to know her, & blessed to feel so comfortable getting my lashes done. Thank you Meg for all of your kindness. I highly recommend visiting this salon!

I’ve been going to Megan for lashes for years! I love how she does my lashes and always does a great job! The salon is clean and comfortable and better than any other salon I’ve been too. 5 years back I went to a bad salon in NYC as I was living there at the time. The salon glued my eyes shut and all of my eyelashes together. I was so worried, I drove the 4 hours back to Massachusetts and Megan carefully removed each lash and helped me get my lashes back! She could’ve just removed the lashes and put on a new set but she suggested I take a break and even helped me with a lash regrowth plan. She will always do what’s best for the client and their lashes. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

The place I had gone to prior before coming to Serendipity completely botched my lashes, and then I was finally introduced to Kelly! She saved my lashes, and I FINALLY got the lashes I've always wanted after years of having them. Kelly is amazing, I dont think I could go to anyone else ever! Not only is she amazing at her job, but she's fun to talk to during your appointment! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Meg at Serendipity ! I have been going to Meg for my lashes for over a year now and she is simply the best! The salon is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly! I get so many compliments on my beautiful lashes. I have tried other salons but will never go anywhere for my lashes except Serendipity!

This is the only salon I trust with my lashes! I always wanted lashes but a natural/make my eye color pop way Meg does just that. I love Meg and all the girls here. The lashes last weeks between fills and she’s always able to fit me in for a fill. 10/10 recommend coming here

Love my lash tech (Megan the owner) and her work!! I drive from Boston to Mansfield for her to do my lashes because seriously nobody else even comes close to her amazing work! My mom also switched to serendipity once she saw my 1st fill from here. Also Megan is super thoughtful, funny, and efficient with her work/time. All the negative comments should be ignored cause they lies!!!!

Megan is a class act! This is a crew of awesome ladies, the shop is adorablely decorated and clean, and they are so professional yet personal to their clients. It's a relaxing environment and I love going to get my lashes done.

I wanted to ammend my previous rave review to say that I was feeling insecure and ready to give up on lashes recently and didn't speak up about it due to the timing of my appointment and the weekend coming up. When I was ready to tell her I gave up by Monday, she was very kind and professional about the whole thing and really made me feel comfortable with allowing her to touch them up again. She said she loves feedback and would've wanted me to speak up sooner so she could fix them for me. I felt like a horrible client but she assured me that she loves having me as a client too and I'm telling you that really spoke to me about how much she cares about people. When I left the shop yesterday I felt way better about how my lashes looked and I'm happy to say I really did love them again!

Megan wants all clients to love their lashes and this whole experience really made me love her even more! Just speak up and I promise you she won't let you down. And usually I have no complaints so that says a lot about how good she is too, but sometimes things happen and it's really understandable as long as you tell her what's bothering you!

Megan is an AMAZING Lash Artist!

I feel it’s necessary to finally post my review of this place after having left for over a year now. Megan did a terrible job on not only my lashes but my moms as well. Luckily when I switched salons I didn’t have any major damage to my lashes but my poor moms lashes were absolutely ruined. She wasn’t isolating properly and my moms lashes took over 6 months to get back to normal when the new stylist took them off. She caused major irritation to my eyes more times than I can count after fills where my eyes would be swollen and red the next day. She tried telling me I became allergic to lash glue but I knew that I was a lie because I could see and feel that she was glueing them too close to my lid. She never cleaned or prepped our lashes before fills and the retention was horrible. Id be texting her because I’d lose 10+ extentions after my first shower after getting my fills all the time on top of the irritation she caused. She also lied about not using premade fans of which I specifically told her I didn’t want. A 2 week volume fill done correctly should take at least an hour or more and she would have me and my mom in and out in 30-45 mins. I told her I liked more natural volume lashes but they always looked bushy, messy and fake. After leaving and going to a more reputable salon I’ve realized just how poor her service is. My new lash tech cleanses before my fills, does my lashes how ask, doesn’t glue too close to my lid, doesn’t cause irritation and my lashes stay looking nice for 2-3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here. The lash industry has evolved immensely so do your research and find someone who cares about their clients and doing lashes the right way.

Went here yesterday for a $230 hybrid full set with Kelly. While I was being lashed I experienced severe stinging and burning in my left eye as well as it being extremely itchy which has never happened at any other lash salon while I’m being lashed. Upon completion of my set I noticed that all the lengths of my lashes were the same and I had asked her to make them look natural and not like fans. she made me look like umbrellas were hanging over my eyelids all at the same super long dramatic length like giant fans. She had insisted she uses professional grade glue that wouldn’t contain any harmful chemicals but wouldn’t sell me the salons lash cleanser because she said it was expensive. She told me to order a cleanser off Amazon which I’m sure is where she buys all her glues and lash products. About 2-3 hours after leaving my left eye was very itchy and swollen. I took some Benadryl that Kelly the lash tech instructed me to try and a nap when I woke up my eyes were swollen shut and in excruciating pain. I gently lifted the area on my left eyelid that appeared irritated and realized she did not isolate at all. The lashes were glued basically to the skin/lid and not adhered at all to any singular natural lash but to my waterline. I couldn’t open my eye from the swelling but the lashes seemed to come off easily on their own the same day as application. This is not a salon run by professionals it is a rent a lash bed in an empty building and do your own thing. I would recommend going to professionals before allowing Kelly to injure your eyes. I cannot speak on any other lash techs work because I was only lashed by Kelly.
