I want to thank David for being a kind and excellent shopper’s assistant for a person with disabilities today! He asked questions, offered options and treated the customer with respect. It is important to remember not all disabilities are visible and shopping assistance is available to those in need. The student today learned to consider calling ahead for assistance and to plan their shopping experiences for less hectic times at the store! Thanks Stop & Shop!

Kevin at the service desk was very helpful and helped me with the return and refund process quick and easy. The customer in front of me was not as kind and he kept a calm, cool demeanor. I worked at Shaw's for six years and know it can be tough! Kevin was great though, and deserves recognition for his hard work.

I was able to get what I needed and check out in a timely fashion, regardless of the high traffic at the store. I don't have a membership, so I could have probably saved a few bucks, but I wasn't making a large purchase, so I didn't bother. They do have a large selection of items and plenty of fresh produce and deli items, so I would consider joining their membership program in the future.

Definitely a organized and well structured establishment that the corporation cares for.

I have never had an issue at this Stop & Shop, staff has been pleasant, mostly come here because of the pharmacy.

This is where I regularly shop. Rarely do I not find what I need here. Excellent deli, meat dept. and bakery. Occasionally disappointed in the produce section so only 3 stars there. Prices fall somewhere between Whole Foods and Market Basket. Update July 21, 2022 - apparently supply chain issues are affecting a lot of the items I normally buy. A lot of spaces on the shelves. Fortunately Amazon usually comes through.

This store is clean, well maintained and well stocked. They had every item I needed, at very reasonable prices. On top of that, the staff are friendly and helpful, making shopping here a pleasure.

Compared to other Stop and Shop, I loved this one the most. Have been there 4-5 times and one time, they had a price mistake , so gave me the item free. I still offered to pay for it, and was mentioned that was their company policy as a staff forgot to take the old price/offer away. Other time, they were handing Christmas balloons. Employees have been very helpful and courteous. It helps to have the dunkin donut and Citizens bank within the store!

Most of the time I find what I am looking for.

Although it's a chain grocery store, the staff are generally friendly and the store itself is well stocked and laid out. Besides the obvious food the store carries seasonal items and a larger selection of household goods.

Great store, great people. Always clean. Had a problem with cleanliness of the restrooms, but they have since corrected. Great gas prices, great fuel rewards, great prices. Deli is excellent. Always recommend this store. To the very critical and obviously unhappy lady who left that terrible review...take it easy!!

Just got back from a small late-night shopping trip and I felt the need to publicly recognize the delightful woman working at the self-checkout stations, I believe her name was Donna. Great image for the place, kept a smile on even when it was almost closing time and was courteous to myself and 3 other customers I saw her interact with.

Great staff;professional, helpful, and just kind overall. Good quality of organic products which seem to expand weekly. Always have what I want at the deli, seafood counter, and fresh produce.

I moved from Quincy to Foxboro about a year and a half ago. Wow is all I can say. Everyone that works at this grocery store is very pleasant and extremely helpful. I am not used to this after living in Quincy and Brockton. The cashiers are very pleasant and very professional. I've been to the Shaws right down the street from Stop & Shop and it's a completely different experience. Half the time they don't have what I want or need and although not unpleasant, I went there twice and won't go there again.
Kudos to ALL of the employees at S & S.

The store has been remodeled. They have a sushi bar and a hot bar. The service is good and they a wide selection of products at reasonable prices. They also have a Dunkin donuts there as well! They also have online shopping and peapod

The best Stop & Shop around. Clean, friendly crews, well stocked and even restrooms that don't resemble a third world gas stations. They also have STOPPED providing plastic bags, woot!

Proper management shows b this store, Foxborough stop shop needs this type of care and attention to customers.

Hello Customers,
After 5 months of hanging posters up and giving out free bags to get the message out. people still ask for plastic.
Your Mansfield Stop and Shop is no longer providing platic bags due to a town ban. We are providing flimsy paper bags that rip easily but will last if you roll the top up or you can buy two of our reusable bags for $1 or one of our fancier ones for a few more bucks. We apologize if the checkout seems a tad slower, employees are still trying to get use to them, and doing the best we can so please be kind and use nice words. This ban is not because of stop and shop but because humans have no self control when throwing platic bags away and in order to save our planet and our lovely animals on land and in the sea, platic had to go. I hope you understand and work with us through this big change.
Thank you all for being loyal customers. Hope to see you all shopping with happy faces and great attitudes because we hate crappy ones.
