Cute little shop. I was very impressed with the ladies on staff this past Saturday. Becca, Lauren and Mads were so professional and helpful! They welcomed me to the store, helped me with cutting and wrapping a beautiful piece of handmade soap and were just overall very pleasant! It's hard to be in customer service and not seem pushy or salezy. These ladies were awesome. Thank you

Very cute shop! The woman behind the counter was extremely sweet and we made small talk about visiting town. Their soap selection was really cool honestly and smelt great. Ended up walking out with a cute little tin mug that was really nice quality and a couple of stickers as a gift for someone back home :)

Customer service A+++. I love shopping here when I visit Flagstaff. I always find cute, thoughtful items. Over the summer, I purchased an inexpensive Arizona Pine decal and recently put it on my vehicle. A few days later, I unexpectedly upgraded my vehicle and was sad to lose the decal. I called the store, the girls were super helpful, and I was able to purchase a new one over the phone and have it shipped down to the Phoenix area. They included a sweet note and an extra sticker! Thanks ladies!!! See you next time I'm in town.

Such an amazing place! Not only do they have great products but they have great service! They're in Flagstaff, Arizona and I live in Peoria, Arizona. Two and a half hours away. I bought my daughter a necklace from them when I was visiting Flagstaff a few months ago, and it accidentally broke after we had gotten back home to Peoria. So I called them up to see if they could replace it and send a new one to me, thinking they'd say no, but they actually said that they absolutely would at no charge to me! I would also like to add that Sarah Lilly is the one that helped me over the phone, and she is the sweetest!

I lived in Flag while at NAU and I loved visiting this shop. I could spend a good amount of time browsing all the trinkets!

Absolutely the best staff. Both young women who worked with us on friday June 24th 2021 were bubbly, helpful funny made us fall in love with Old Town Flagstaff that much more.

As a dude, this store ain't really my bag... but I can attest to how excited my daughters and wife were to look around in this store. In fact, they thought it was so cool that my daughter applied to work there.

My boyfriend and i were on vacation in flagstaff and were exploring downtown and found this place and it's literally the cutest store ever! So sad that i dont have one in my city 😂
