Called this morning to have them come and look at a problem with our water heater. Joe and Jacob showed up (same day service 😳) quicker than expected which was wonderful. They showed us our problem, explained our options along with costs and we decided to just replace it. They worked quickly and professionally to get the job done. They were both very friendly and professional. We are very happy with the service.

Our plumber Austin was amazing!! He was very friendly, took his time and did the job right! He even helped me with the water pressure in my kitchen sink!! Definitely will be requesting Austin for any future plumbing needs.

Was being as honest as can be, giving me options that better fit me economically. Super nice and informative. Will definitely call them again if I ever need to.

Our plumber Tyler was amazing. He was very personable, professional and did an outstanding job. Explained everything up front and went above and beyond to get everything done correctly and he double checked all of his work. He left our home clean and neat and did a beautiful job with the faucet installation and garbage disposal installation. Would highly recommend!!!

Tyler & Austin came to our home yesterday, worked 5 hours to install a new toilet, new kitchen sink and faucets in two other bathrooms. Ran into several obstacles but completed the jobs and did an amazing job. HIGHLY recommend!!

Extremely professional and helpful!
We had a possible leak on New Year's Day and they came out immediately, even with the storms, and helped with a difficult meter turn-off.

Soon after, they came back and did a thorough assessment and showed how to work the tricky water meter.

They were friendly, prompt, helpful, and will be our go-to plumber.

Tech was very professional and got to me in a very timely manor. Discussed different options and made sure I knew what was happening.
The cost was quite expensive at 605 dollars to just snake my main line. I will probably look elsewhere first next time due to the crazy cost. I would expect 200 to 300. 605 is really steep.

I thought both Tyler's did an excellent job they were timely and did a good job however I was a little sticker shocked when I had a similar repair done in 2013 it was only $375 as this time it was $813.75

Mr Rooter came the day after I requested the service and did an excellent job! It’s hard to find a good plumber these days who will come when they say they will if you can even get him to call you back.

Plumbers came out and repaired my leaky sink no questions asked, and even gave me a fair price! Plumbers crack was not showing like most plumbers and he wore his mask the whole time he was in my home. All around, an excellent job and I will go back if plumbing is ever needed at my home! Also the lady that scheduled my appointment was very nice and answered all my questions with ease.

Tyler arrived on time. Worked efficiently and kept us apprised of the issues and remedies. He was also very organized and neat. Will call this company any time their services are needed.

loved the fast friendly service I experienced with Mr. Rooter. Lucas was amazing and super kind and friendly. He explained up front what he was going to try to do to correct my issue and explained all fees to me before starting the job. I will defiantly use Mr. Rooter again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs plumbing services preformed.

I had them coke out and look at my clogged pipes and they were very helpful even though we didn’t end up using them they were very professional and would highly recommend!
