Was happy with the value and quality of flowers, I ordered online (from Singapore) to send my mom flowers on the same day.

My mom sent a video of the flowers and they looked beautiful and were nicely placed as she was not home. So overall, very happy with price paid vs flowers received - and appreciated the real time updates of delivery via email.

Compared to the other Florist I saw on Cape, this was (respectfully) smaller florist that didn't have the resources to invest in a fancy website with updated inventory compared to their larger competitors. What I saw was they did not over charge for a bouquet of flowers, I made the assumption that the manager would pick the flowers themselves (i.e not exactly what's on the website, but similair) - I was ok with this! I was a bit stunned to see all the low reviews and think that people had the wrong impression. Good flowers, well priced, will return!

Your cape space is transformed with a Bloom bouquet. Gorgeous, vibrant flowers that you cannot find anywhere else and lasted for a VERY long time. Had multiple inquiries from cape guests as to where I buy my flowers. Customer service is wonderful and eagerly assisted in my requests. Delivered perfectly with care and always on time. Store is absolutely lovely and inspires the coastal decorative mind in all seasons. So thrilled I found Bloom!

In searching the web for a florist on the Cape, I found Bloom Florist & Gift Shop in Orleans. I live in CT and was looking to have a beautiful birthday bouquet of flowers delivered to a dear friend in South Dennis, MA. I called Bloom and spoke with Tara. Tara was very friendly and listened while I described the desired bouquet of flowers. When I gave Tara the web item bouquet number, she referenced the bouquet online and asked a few questions to confirm my order. The bouquet was delivered on the date requested. My friend emailed to me a photo of the bouquet and it looked exactly as I had requested! THANK YOU TARA for doing such a wonderful job and for helping to make my friend’s birthday special.

Our first experience with Bloom was the day we moved into our new house. Stunning, unique display. The shop itself carries many local items and has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I saw an incredible arrangement at a friend’s restaurant and knew where it must have come from before he told me. Dances, performances, dinner parties and to brighten the house day to day I love their unique, full and long lasting bouquets.

Ordered centerpieces and roses for favors for a bridal shower in NYC. Picked them up on Thur., brought them to NYC in coolers and they were perfect for the event on Sat. Bouquet from this florist was extraordinarily gorgeous. It was like looking at a Cape Cod Garden in late summer with roses, nigella, astors, Queen Anne lace, and hydrangea, of course. I am so pleased that a dear friend sent this bouquet to me because now I know Kristy and know from whom to order flowers on the Cape.
