CVS

Great store they have a pharmacy. They also fell some food items. They sell cleaning products, stationary, small amounts of automotive and house tools, greeting card, candy, flashlights, skin hair and body cleaning and moisturizers.
They even have some clothing products and hats and gloves very small selection but good if you're in a pinch.

As usual I was in a hurry and wanted to find what I was looking for and make the purchase and check out.
It took a little longer for me to find what I wanted since the product space on
the shelf was empty. I settled for the second-choice eye vitamin and went to checkout line. A customer was being helped ahead of me, but as I turned around another associate approached me offering check-out assistance.
She brought me to the self-check-out and helped me to complete my transaction. I was very pleased with her helpfulness and cheerful manner.
I told her I would be happy to take the survey when I got home.

The pharmacy is short-staffed big time. Thus not many good days for pharmacy and pharmacist. Today Katie, the assistant store manager, went to great lengths to get my prescription to me contact free due to my concern with Covid. She was fantastic, and so was the pharmacy technician. Thank you so much!

(WRONG VACCINE!) It was one year after my first pneumonia vaccine so I called CVS, South Dennis, to ask if they have the second vaccine shot, PPSV-23. The lady looked at my record and said I need the PPSV-13 shot and they have it. I made an appointment and arrive to find out they do not have it. I called CVS in Orleans and they said they have it. The lady there looked up my record and said the it clearly states that I already had the PPSV-13 shot last year and that I need the PPSV-23 shot. That makes sense, that’s what I had written in my Calendar. I’m glad the the lady in Orleans was on the ball. CVS, Rt. 134, has a smart senior pharmacist. However, the other people there leave a lot to be desired.

Staying at the cape and forget my prescription! Pharmacy was so polite and very easy to work with, they made it a breeze!

Helpful staff helped me find what I was looking for. Had everything I needed, including an item I was expecting to be hard to find. Convenient location and parking.

A large CVS with a good selection of summer must-haves. Much bigger than the CVS down the street.

Good location

When I go in person to get my prescriptions, the staff are typically pleasant and efficient. I appreciate also the text messages reminding me to pick up my prescriptions once they have been filled and that they will call my doctor's office for me to get authorization for refills. However, I have been waiting on hold for over a half hour today to talk to someone to see if my order has been called in and I find that incredibly frustrating.

My pharmacy experience here recently was good. The staff was helpful. I found a license on the floor if anyone's missing one. The parking is at the rear of the building and shares a lot with other businesses.

Super rude worker. We came in around 4:00 and were crouching to look at the hair dyes, and this older woman working came and complained to us in a snotty tone about "blocking the aisle." When my friend backed away to make more space, he accidentally nudged something on the shelf and she rudely said "oh, and don't knock things over either." Will not be coming back, super unacceptable

Such a long wait for every prescription! Had to wait a week for one medicine for my father. He gets the same med every month. They’ve run out of it several times. Why can’t they have enough on hand every month?! Stand in line waiting for at least 10 minutes no matter what time of day. Very inefficiently run!
