Nicole at the deli was all alone with 6 customers in line. Her professional demeanor and positive attitude made sure each customer was happy and satisfied.
She truly epitomizes customer service.

Stop and Shop of Orleans has improved their sushi tremendously the past year. Ngun is so polite and makes great sushi with great tasting ingredients. I WAS going elsewhere for sushi but I’ve changed that because of the quality of product they’re putting out, not to mention the great customer service.

They have an enter section of one of the isles stacked with a variety of JAMAICAN foods my fav...

Specifically just wanted to leave a review about my experience at the pharmacy - the pharmacists have been so helpful to me. I have a medication I have to refill every 30 days that cannot be prescribed with a refill because it is a controlled substance. The pharmacy team has helped me navigate my insurance, spoken to my doctor's office to make sure he wrote my prescription correctly so my insurance would cover my medication, determined if I was getting the right brand of generic (which in my case, makes a big difference) and have always been friendly and kind. I really appreciate it. I would happily take a survey and say nice things about them, but I couldn't find one on the company website!! Thank you all very much.

Great selection and wide aisles.

I am very lucky to have this beautiful and clean Stop &Shop in my area. Lot’s of stuff on the shelfs, also different variety of international spices and ingredients! Every department works hard to satisfy their customers.Big thanks for the deli department’s workers (special to the the older guy who is always so helpful and polite ) My favorite is the seafood department because the guy who makes the sushi is the BEST !! He deserves to have a jar for the tips! Last week we missed his sushi ,it just didn’t taste the same with the new replacement guy. Customer service is 5 stars! The cashiers are nice too! On the product department ,Steve is the only one who helps me. Starbucks is awesome and I can’t wait for the holiday chestnut coffee!

This is where you stop and then you shop. It's a grocery store with everything: lobsters, cheese, fresh produce and spices for example. I spent some time lingering over the cheese lifestyle section and found lots of cheeses, especially cow and goat.
While you're shopping, you might even make a friend. One dude was very interested in my spice choices and seemed very impressed with my lamb shank dinner ambitions. Someone else mistook me for an employee but soon realized he was barking up the wrong tree when I demonstrated my complete lack of knowledge of where anything is located. Even a simple shopping trip can become a fun filled adventure here!

Visited the area for a family trip and Stop & Shop met all our needs, really can't go wrong. They also had an amazing discount area. I was able to buy febreeze spray for up to 85% off regular retail price.

Just your average Stop & Shop, well stocked and ready to feed us. Quick and easy off of the rotary. I suggest you shop here before heading down Cape. Much better produce and more inventory.

A very busy store with a lot of product turnover so you know everything is fresh. They have a hot bar and a good seafood and meat counter and a Starbucks in there too. I feel that Stop & Shop does a well-above-average job on handling produce and meats and making sure codes are up-to-date. Where as many other Grocers are extremely lacking on these issues and are fined regularly for it

I am at Stop & Shop all the time and this one is by far the best! Living on the Outer Cape for over 40 yrs, I guess you could say I am bias. Nevertheless, while renovating our house we are staying in Dennis and I still drive all the way to Orleans at every chance I can to come to the Orleans Stop & Shop. In all the years I've been going there I have only run into one cranky staff member and I'd like to think she was just having a bad day, as we all do sometimes. Everyone else is great. They have the best selection of products out of any other Stop & Shop, in my opinion and the store is SO clean!

Lots of options. Well organized aisles. Love using the self check-out although being audited (i understand the need) is a bit insulting and can be time consuming if the 1 person working the area is busy. Love that instead of waiting at the deli I can place my order at the kiosk and will get a text and be alerted by the p.a. (loudspeaker) when my order is ready. Great deals. Store brand foods are good quality. Random items out of stock and been thay way for awhile (supply chain issues?) Prices have all gone up but not nearly as much as Provincetown Stop&Shop has

Very large and clean store with plenty of employees to help. Fresh seafood selection and large produce section. They have everything you need and I'd choose this store over Shaw's when given the choice. It can get really busy so choose your time wisely. There is a large self scan section which I like to use with smaller trips. Pharmacy section is also extensive.

They had everything I needed. Well staffed, well stocked, clean. Everything you expect from Stop & Shop, plus very friendly, cheerful young lady at the Deli Counter. Friendly checkout person, too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The seafood is very fresh and they will steam your lobster for you while you shop. The bus stop is right there and they have a bank inside the store.

We ordered 6 cooked lobsters- for a 6 pm pick up. They were ready right on time and cooked perfectly for our last evening on the cape..

It's a good store, usually stocked with what you need. They gave great pre-made food too, ready to go for you.

Sometimes they don't have a couple items, but that's the same everywhere. The even have mini carts.

Many Stop and Shops are alike, with small variations. Orleans is a very busy town in the warm months and relatively quiet otherwise. This SnS has a pretty good Pharmacy, OK customer service, seemingly more items on-sale in the Winter, but like all stores on the cape, prices are slightly higher than much of Massachusetts.

The store is reasonably clean, is conviently located near the Orleans Rt6 rotary, and has a Starbucks inside (like any non-corporate Sbux, you can earn loyalty points, but cant redeem them).

I would advise anyone to try several food shopping experiences in Orleans to understand the variety of products and differences in prices.

For example, in addition to Stop and Shop, try Shaws on West St and Friends on Main St (and if you're looking for organic, keto and other specialties, check out Whole Food on Main St - not the Amazon subsidiary Whole Foods).

We find that several of our staples are better & or cheaper (all the time) at different stores, but do the majority of our food shopping at SnS. Examples of what they are good for are some of the best produce, more sales on the kinds of dark chocolate we like, and the lowest prices on "Pain D'Vignon" brand Sourdough. But they cost 20 cents more per ½ gal of A2 milk than Shaws.

Again, these are just examples, and of course your food and brand preferences will determine what is best for you.

Service is always good. Only issue is the bottle return machines are frequently full even early in the day and it smells of stale beer.
