I had the pleasure of getting connected to Watteo & York, through a friend who had experience a car accident. Immediately, I was able to get in contact and get started with my case. The attorneys were very thorough with my case, and referred me to the appropriate providers For my recovery. Throughout my case, there was consistent communication between the paralegals, legal assistance and attorney. I had no issues getting answers to my questions in a prompt, timely manner. I’ve never been involved in an accident and had no idea what to do or who to call. That’s when I called Wattel & York Attorneys at Law, and I’m glad I did. From the first time I called till the last day my interaction with everyone was pleasant. First, I worked with Lisa Lemarbre. Lisa was very good at getting things done. Right away Lisa was able to get me reimbursed for all of my car rental fees. Since my vehicle was considered total loss she quickly worked on getting the insurance company to pay up the value of my vehicle. Once that was settled. Lisa then handed my case over to Arlene. Even though Arlene is no longer with the firm. Arlene contacted me and introduced herself and gathered all of the information that was missing. And immediately got to work in building my case. Then after Arlene left, my case was handed to Thomas & Patty. Patty and Thomas kept me informed every step of the way throughout my case. Patty & Thomas have treated with respect and kindness and I would recommend this law firm to anyone. They’ve handled everything and there was very little that I needed to do.
