I rented something from Aaron's back in 2015. It didn't work out. I decided to give it another try. It's been well over 5 years, and several perches later. I love that they put their customers first all day everyday. My ex took my bedroom set and didn't pay on it and moved somewhere unknown with it. The Riverdale store manager did everything to get me removed from the purchase. Just got a deep freezer.
My next purchase is going to be a beautiful grown-up bed with step stoole. I'm already looking at them.

Have used them many times and really like them. They’re always willing to work with you. in my experience some similar local businesses can be really rude or unhelpful to customers but Aaron’s has the best customer service no matter who I speak with! Will continue to use them.

Crystal as always is amazing and always helps us out no matter what we need. She's very pleasant to talk to and she makes every situation simple and easy. we recently had a couch and a dryer delivered by Tony and Sonny, they did an amazing job as well. Clean quick and efficient and went above and beyond! If I could give over five stars for these three employees I would give ten! Will always be a repeat customer because of these 3 awesome employees and the amazing deals. 😁

Absolutely has the best customer service hands down! Paul helped me unlock my leasing power, Jose was able to help me with a few things such as paying my bill every month, and also April was able to help me return my boyfriend's laptop when things got a little tight financially around my home, I completely 100% recommend Aaron's to everybody♥

Don't RTO anywhere else!! Tge store manager here is tip top notch!, super compassionate and understanding! You can't go wrong here....sure it's a little more than ...oh...mdg or rac...but it's worth it I'm telling you

It’s a great place to lease/buy beds, couches and more! Connor who helped me today was very friendly and funny. He made sure I was set and happy with my purchase. They always make sure the customer is first. Definitely will be making future purchase with them.

I had ordered a front room set as well as a tv with console. Crystal did everything possible to make sure I had it delivered as promised. The delivery men Austin and Conner were so nice in setting things up and making sure I knew I could always call them if anything was needed or questions. I was impressed with the people at Aaron's in Riverdale!

We came from another location (horrible service). We were highly considering g leaving the company, until we met crystal. Crystal is the ABSOLUTE best! Shes very respectful and does everything she can to help her customers. She helped find things for our new home that were what we were looking for and in our price range! Highly reccomend riverdale location

The new manager is awesome and very helpful! The staff is great and the girl that works there is amazing always helpful and great customer service. Don't know why so many 1 stars but I've had nothing but great customer service.
