Excellent seafood restaurant in Orleans MA. Lobster roll was excellent. Tons of meat. Great Onion Rings. Limited beers available. Plenty of parking. Good prices. Great stop for lunch. Definitely recommend.

Had the fish & chip platter the fish was white and fluffy, just perfect! My husband had the clams, batter was nice, light & tasty! Would highly recommend.

On walking in, it did not smell fishy or like dirty fry oil! Just good food! It's a counter service spot with a good menu. The lobster roll was fantastic and full of sweet lobster. Fried clam straps were bland but we made them better with all the condiments. The food overall was fresh and good. I would recommend!

This is one of my family’s favorites for many years. The food is always hot, fresh & delicious. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Open year round. They always welcome the pups in their outdoor seating area. Highly recommend for a quick & tasty meal.

The food tasted so fresh and light which most definitely was due to the high quality oil used for frying and the freshness of oil. The salads and sauces were super fresh as well.
The staff are the jolliest and most helpful you will find on the entire cape. Despite being super busy they were very helpful and cooperative. It was as if a family is hosting you.

We had a great experience! This place is SPARKLING CLEAN! Thanks to the exceptional effort by all the team members, this restaurant smells and looks so safe. The staff are doing an awesome job of handling food safely, and their extra cleaning steps are obvious: We came in at 7pm on a weekday and received stellar service from the pretty and nice ladies behind the counter. There was another beautiful gal focusing on closing tasks and she was deep-cleaning the booths after people left. Her attention to detail is why I wanted to write this review. It is unusual to see people care to this degree. Our fried clam roll was awesome! We also had broiled cod and it blew me away. Try the Hog IPA!

Cooke's seafood is a Cape Cod Classic! Their food is exceptional. The menu has all of the classics you would expect: from Fish n Chips to Clam Chowder to a Lobster Roll (hot or cold) they have it all!

Equally, actually more important is the staff. From the owner on down, everyone is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The next time you get a hankering for some good old fashioned seafood, give Cooke's a try!

Very cute place we found on the way to the Nantucket Ferry. I was all lobstered out, lol, so I went with the burger and it was delicious and tasted fresh! My other had the gluten free lobster roll and was equally as happy.

This place is BETTER THAN ARNOLDS !!! My family of 6 never went here before and decided to change the restaurant... outstanding! The batter is so light, tartar sauce is amazing, onion rings were delicious and the service was incredible and very clean. One of my kids do not care for seafood and there are options available which made it easy. The seating was roomy.. and if you love baklava.... get some!!!! Soooo delicious! Prices are reasonable, portions are great and they have great kids meals. We found our new place!

Spiro epitomizes what decades of hard work is. The food was equally as good as his charming and friendly customer service.
The place was clean, the seafood platter (for 2, but I ordered it for myself) was lightly battered and not greasy tasting at all. The double baked potatoes were more than enough. My son got the hamburger that was cooked to the right temp. The price point was fair. The service fast and we'll be back.

We always stop at Cooke's anytime we stay in Eastham. They have the best, most reasonably priced seafood in the area. Not to mention the delicious frappes!

After a long day at the beach we were in the mood for some quick seafood. Looked online and decided to give Cooke's a try. We weren't sure we would have enough cash but it looked like they took debit cards so we would be ok. Got there and they had a nice selection of choices. You order at the counter and then they bring the order to your table either inside or outside. Ordered the clan chowder, the fish and chips, a milkshake, and an iced tea. Turns out they accept credit cards so we needn't have worried. The cup of clam chowder was very creamy and was good but I would have preferred a few more clams in mine. There fish and chips was very good. They offer a choice of sides but we all got the french fries which were good. They throw in some onion rings on top as well. The shakes are 24oz and tasty. Seafood isn't cheap but this seemed like a better deal to us than some of their competitors prices. The inside where we ate was clean with lots of booths from which to choose which allows even very large groups to sit together in a cluster. Left happy.

We had an excellent lunch at Cooke's. The owner introduced himself and explained some items on the menu. We ordered fried oysters with a couple sides, a fish and chips platter and a calamari platter. Everything was hot and freshly prepared. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The indoor seating area was arranged safely for Covid times. Even the restrooms were nice and clean! If we ever pass by this way again we would certainly stop for a meal!

Sincerely the best service I experienced my whole vacation and excellent food to match. The chowder is on the sweeter side and the hot lobster roll was fresh and delicious. I felt appreciated there.

Our 7 person team enjoyed a take-out luncheon the other day and all I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! Scallops? A+. Clam strips? Best of the best! Tartar sauce? On point! Fried shrimp? Worthy of a "last meal" request. What makes this diamond of a restaurant shine so bright is not just the A+ quality food, but the VALUE of the food (portions are generous) and equally noteworthy, the SERVICE with a SMILE each and EVERY time you visit. No matter how busy they get, it's CONSISTENT warm welcomes, name recognition (if you're lucky enough to be a regular) and a touch of attentiveness that makes you feel truly valued for being a customer. Food was delicious and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly. Portions were great and prices were lower than surrounding restaurants. Definitely recommend this place for seafood.
