Found them on Google, stopped by for a set of 3.5 speakers. I thought being a small business their prices would be a little higher but he was cheaper than best buy and had them in stock.

Took my car in for a dash cam install and was very pleased with the work. The owner is customer friendly, he offered me a ride back home while my vehicle was being worked on. I would do business here again.

They are AMAZING. ❤ I purchased an entire new system for my car from them, everything was installed beautifully. Within 3 weeks I blew my sub's twice 🤦🏻‍♀🤦🏻‍♀, not only were they not mad at me, but they basically stopped what they were doing and took the time, both times, to fix me up and get me on the road. Then, I ended up later having to install a new battery, and they were MORE than happy and willing to help me get my settings back right so I could continue to beat down the block!! Every time I've stopped by they continue to remind me they are here if or when I need them again!! Also, I compared the price for everything they installed with other stores around town and on the internet, and their price beat everything I could find for the same equipment! I legit, couldn't be happier!

Total Image Audio have been doing my audio work for well over 20 years. If you need to wait for this company to install, I guarantee it's worth the wait. Hands down, the absolute most professional company on this side of the eastern corridor. Not only are the audio experts on point, but they also have the greatest and hottest deals around as well. Believe me, I searched everywhere. These experts are the real deal folks.

I just purchased a pair of MoviesToGo Headrest DVD Players ((Universal...fits any vehicle). These guys are simply the best in every category of auto entertainment systems. Their knowledge alone would be worth paying extra, but you'll find their prices to be equal or generally less than everyone else. They will know (Or find out) exactly what you'll need to complete your install so that you can relax knowing there won't be any surprises or additional costs waiting for you. My advice...if you want your system professionally installed at the best price...look no further...this is the place! Also, our family has been doing business here for years...they stand behind everything they do.

I have to say these are great people and an amazing company. They beat everyone else's prices and even though I had brought in an aftermarket radio I had bought online, Total Image Audio made it look great! I would recommend it to everyone!!!

Had a backup camera installed on commercial bus. They saved us a few bucks from the original estimate. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will return to get bidirectional dash installed on my vehicle.

With Bowling Green being my hometown, I always prefer to buy products locally. I've been exceedingly pleased with the products and services offered by Total Image Audio. This week they installed a new Kenwood Excelon CD Receiver in my pick-up truck. The installation is superb and the unit sounds much better than the previous unit. I know from years of dealing with them that Total Image stands behind their products. I'm a big fan and highly recommend this shop for great equipment, professional installation and a friendly environment. Top Notch!!!

They are very professional, kind, and helpful. I would suggest going to Total Image Audio over anyone else by far. They will work with you, help you, and teach you anything that you need to know so that you can walk out knowledgeable about sound systems and how they work.

Have known these guys for decades, went to school with them. They're sensible, experienced, and more affordable than any other installer in the area. I know--I checked. Just once, asked Best Buy installer what they'd charge for an identical install of a poorly-made JVC deck...they quoted me over $100 just for labor, went back, apologized to Steve for 'shopping' around on him, and Steve chided me a little, reminding me he'd always the same exact install for $40-$60 (this was around 2009--the last time I went anywhere else).
Steve, Marcellus, and sometimes Chris (Marcellus' brother) are indeed the best in BG, and always will be.
I'm not an idiot, either--I've always sought the best equipment for the purity/clarity/punch, and they've always known exactly what to suggest & recommend, no matter what car I was driving.
I have excellent taste in music, mostly rock, but some other genres as well, and whoever is paining these guys with negative reviews probably just wanted something gross stuck in their trunk to wake their 'hood, without even caring about what it would sound like in the first place (that's where the word 'sensible' came in my review above). I've actually overheard Steve asking the occasional chronic noise ordinance busters (people who just want to be heard, not to hear their music, at all), questions like "are you interested in hearing your music, or just making everybody else hear it", often--I'm sure--at their own client-base cost.
It's all in what you're looking for--if you want near audiophile (or 'Total') quality, take it to TIA--if you're driving around a portable meth factory and dumb enough to want a trunk-rattler thumper so deafeningly-loud you can't even hear it yourself, but for some reason are entering kidney dialysis prior to age 20 (from the constant 'shock and awe'--in between arrests, since cops can hear, too--surprise!), then just be an complete and total dufee and take it 'elsewhere'.
If you wanna feel the punch, yet have some self-control remaining in your 'remote-hand', then TIA are your men for the job, no matter how challenging it is, and, from what I've seen, almost every vehicle you could own (boat, R/V, car, truck, etc).
Even local cops get their Kenwood cop radios installed here--and they kindof rely on sensible pricing and 'eternal' reliability, so just look at them as perfect examples of demanding needs met by TIA, if you need reminding.

Had 2 remote starts added, service was fast and professional. Was informed of time to completion and was right on the money. Fair price.

Really intelligent people. I took them a Hino Meduim Duty Truck because I couldn't figure out the correct radio harness. Not only did they figure it out but mounted the aftermarket radio and did it for a great price. Thanks Total Image Audio and would definitely recommend to anyone needed audio assistance

Marcellus and the Total Image Audio crew really know their stuff and do a great job of installing car audio equipment in any vehicle. They also offer automatic car starters and some other products.

The guys here are really good people and they know what they are talking about. And the prices are fair also. I will definitely be back here soon
