Brewster Veterinary Hospital

We have taken all of our golden retrievers to Brewster Vet throughout the last 27 years… so when we got our new golden puppy we headed back again. As always the care we received from everyone @ BVH was outstanding!

I have been a loving parent of my two doggie patients of the Brewster Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years. My yellow lab, Koufax, is now 13 and living large, thanks to Dr. Kaiser and his outstanding staff! And, my chocolate lab, Coco, at age 7 continues to live life with joy & vigor. The expert care and loving kindness is truly the culture here - and it makes all the difference. The doctors and staff do for our pets what they would do for their own.

Every single person there is kind, smart and highly capable.
I have been with Dr Kaser for , oh my goodness, almost 30 years, back in the day, until now and onward.
His crew of Vets are outstanding and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
This time around Minnow is the new kid on the block. They love him and treat him with much sweetness and professionalism.

Dr Winer and the on duty staff last Friday when we brought our sweet girl Piper in to be seen. She was completely lethargic and not eating and we were very worried about her. Everyone was compassionate and professional. She was diagnosed and treated and her health has improved each day since. We are so grateful as Piper means the world to us!!

The vet and the staff are incredible ! so kind and very good with communication. I would highly recommend them and my animals are happy and comfortable there.

I have taken my babies (aka cats) here for years. Every visit EVERYONE is so kind and pleasant and loving to the animals and humans the same! Do I recommend? 100%! Will we be going here forever? ABSOLUTELY!

Always a pleasure. Happy that they are close to home, as my cat hates to travel, and we are always greeted with appreciation for my cat's good looks and (mostly) good behavior. At the last visit, Dr. Winer deferred some non-urgent procedures, saving me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommended!

My shih-tzu, Miss Brewster, loves everyone at the Brewster Veterinary Hospital. She is always so excited to see everyone when we pull into the parking lot. Thank you for making her feel welcome.

Always a positive experience at Brewster Veterinary Hospital. Staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive. Very accessible and responsive regarding questions or concerns…they sincerely care about their patients and do a great job showing it.

I’m greeted with a smile from everyone when I walk in.

Once in a while there are times when I am sitting longer than expected in the waiting room. I’m ok with that because it’s usually when they have someone’s pet for an emergency. If it was my pet I’d be grateful this veterinarian took time to see my pet in an emergency.

The office is always clean and the vet techs are always nice and helpful.

My 15 year old pug , Jack, was having a prolonged seizure. Brewster was the only vets office open after 5:00. They rushed him in and stopped the seizure, giving him medicine and oxygen. He is up and around today! I thank God they were there to help. Very caring and compassionate.

Sherman had a full geriatric exam and found in good health. He received his vaccinations and it was a pleasurable experience. Dr. Kaiser is a very knowledgeable veterinarian.

My dog, Bleu receives great care every time. The doctors and staff are fantastic. Bleu can be a bit of a challenge but they really do their best to make her comfortable.

I had to take a moment to.wrtie about the outstanding staff at Brewster Animal Hospital. I own a home in Ptown and my dog needed some care. I called Brewster Veterinary Hospital and the woman to whom I spoke was so friendly and accommodating. She spoke with the vet who is able to make room to see my Bella. I met with Dr. Bennett who is absolutely spectacular. Bella immediately was at ease and Dr. Bennett took excellent care of her. She took the time to explain everything to me and to make a few recommendations, as well as answer all of my questions. Everyone from the front desk, the technician and the doctor herself was superb. I highly recommend Brewster Animal Hospital without reservation.

There are no words to describe the care my family received at Brewster veterinary Hospital!!! Our Korra was very sick . The staff ( all of them- tech, doctor, ladies at the front desk, financial, assistant) supportive,caring and treated our Korra like family. 5 stars are not enough. Our 9 year old Labrador is still with us because of their care!! Thanks Dr.G and the whole crew- you guys are truly the best!!!

This veterinary hospital is the best!! Without hesitation the staff got my Kirby in - same morning - first time patient- and treated him, and me with professionalism and kindness!! So grateful for their being so kind and caring!! Kirby is on the mend. Thank you!!

On the first night of our vacation, our 2 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback started having diarrhea. After seeing that the bland diet was not working, and she started vomiting, we knew she had to be seen. We called the only 24/7 hospital on the Cape, which was 40 minutes away, and were told that there was a minimum 6-8 hour wait. We called 2 other regular vets who could not fit her in for 5-6 days. We called Brewster Vet Hospital, and they got her in within 2 hours. (Someone must have given up their lunch to do so! Thank you!)
Our dog tends to be nervous, but to my surprise, the vets techs (Josh & Hannah-discharge) and Dr Barrett, quickly developed a rapport with her and she walked out of the room with them. (Frankly, I was shocked and happy!)
Dr Barrett quickly assessed her and gave us a choice of a Supportive or Diagnostic route. We felt completely comfortable with her recommendations and level of care provided.
I can’t express my gratitude for them fitting our dog in so quickly and showing such compassion and professionalism. Obviously, I highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful vets office! Staff and doctors are so kind and take their time with you, especially with my Rottie and his anxiety of vets offices!

Time and time again....these guys get us in! Great teamwork and caring staff have helped up a lot this year with our two Labs. We've been a big fan Dr. Kaiser for a long time and happy to see him building a great practice. Thanks again for all the help from everyone at BVH.
