Wanderlust Guest House

The place for a short or long getaway from a busy city! This guest house is secluded from the main road, making you feel closer to the nature any time of the day. The house is very beautiful with spacious living room and outside patio with a little fountain. The owner can provide some interesting locations like where to watch the sunset, restaurants in the area, or museums. After my short stay I felt refreshed and energized from the surrounding nature and peacefulness!

Reader beware! The host had great reviews and the place looked great. We made reservations after finding the listing on Airbnb external of Airbnb per the request of Mr. David Karam. He offered us a two night stay with our newborn, we paid and all was set. We then inquired due to the ease of booking about further accommodations for family. He explained he didn’t have any space but a “friend” down the road did. Any logical person would ask to confirm with the “friend” that it was ok to stay & pay Mr David Karam for the supposed accommodations. David Karam did not think this was a valid request, he instructed us that he would be canceling our reservation at his bed & breakfast and we would be refunded our money. This was Tuesday 8/27/19, the host canceled our reservation with the promise of a refund. We had two nights booked for 8/31-9/1. As we write this email David Karam has yet to respond(as he blocked us) or refund our money via Venmo. David Karam is an untrustworthy business operator to say the least. He is condescending and childish. I would beware of staying at this establishment and cautious of doing any business with David Karam. I have all corresponded to substantiate all of what is in this review. You can see from any past review that typically we have nothing but positive attributes from professional business we review. David Karam if your reading this and you have no intention to refund the money you promised to or don’t agree with anything posted you should feel ashamed of yourself, grow up and handle your business like a professional, not a scam artist.
