This is a well stocked store - tremendous amount of product. The dude in back helped us get an obscure piece of lumber. Excellent customer service.

Had what I needed and their customer service was great. No lines no waiting, I will be coming back often!

Best hardware store on or off Cape. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. They’ve got everything - and the store is well-organized and spotless. The manager took the time to help me with a project on a busy Sunday morning. Very generous.

Great location and staff was very helpful with items that I couldn't find.

They have a rental department and have a large assortment of equipment. I rented a large tow-behind compressor and everything went well.

The employees are both friendly and extremely helpful problem-solving issues you are trying to fix, and they have an excellent stock of most things you will find are unexpectedly needed for any home improvement project at very reasonable prices! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I need to buy stock in Ace. Selection larger than you think and staff so very helpful. Don't shop big box, visit Baskin's first. I've been to 3 locations in the area, all great... Partial to Harwich Port, my home store!

Best local hardware store there is! Always has what I'm looking for in stock at reasonable prices. Some prices are a bit higher than home Depot, but worth the difference to avoid the Hyannis nightmare!

I dealt mostly with the manager (Marcus). I had a great experience from start to finish. I was shopping for a professional chain saw but i am not an arborist so i had lots of questions. He was patient and knowledgeable. I did not buy the saw that day, and he had no reason to suspect that he would see me again. The weeks later i had a few more questions and he and his staff were very friendly. (I purchased the saw- husky 372xp) great saw, great people. Cheers

Fantastic experience they found what I needed and even sweated a copper pipe for a push fit bath spout. Highly recommended. Last year they helped me out too when they were open on a Sunday for plumbing supplies. Great selection

Everyone there is helpful, the rental department has almost anything you could need, and I’m just happy they are in my town!

New layout in the store. Plenty of knowledgeable staff. Everything you need with a typical slight Cape premium price. Quality tools. A bit thin on major plumbing and electrical but plenty of the small doodads.

I've rented from them a couple times and they are very accommodating. I had an issue with a wood chipper and Mike came out to my job right away to pick it up and brought a new one.

This is the best hardware store in Dennis! Key making capabilities, a small amount of marine supplies, great selection of hardware, cleaning supplies, and a very helpful staff.
