Melanie White at Leighton Realty is the best agent we have ever worked with, and we have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years. She knew the local market well and helped us set a realistic — and profitable — price. She helped us stage the property and her photographer produced a wonderful set of photos. As a result of her advance work, we sold the house within three days, right after one open house, at a price above asking. But the most important thing about Melanie is her focus on us as clients. She made sure we were ready to sell and worked with our buying agent across the country to make sure selling and buying went off smoothly. We are retired seniors, and we couldn't have pulled off such a complicated move without her. We would recommend her to anyone.

Patrick Moore of the Leighton Team sold our home on Cape Cod Jan 2024, and I have to say from the start he was a true professional. This was a difficult transaction as we were remote and needed him to handle everything for us. There was a septic issue that almost killed the deal. Patrick took it upon himself to go directly to the health department to meet with them multiple times to get the issue resolved. He scheduled and managed the landscape cleanup, home staging, the septic repair, cleaning out the house before closing and a million other things!!! I was worried I would have to spend more time there to get everything fixed but Patrick took care of it all. Every vendor that he referred to us was a true professional and fair priced. His and his Team's communications were timely and informative, we always felt we had everything we needed. There is No one else we will ever use or refer when we or someone we know are looking to buy or sell Real Estate on Cape Cod!

My house buying experience with Adrienne Jones of the Leighton Team was very positive. Adrienne showed great patience with me as I was looking for that "needle in a haystack" house. I would highly recommend Mina O’keefe as a realtor. She made buying a property a stress-free process, especially considering that we weren't local.
