Wonderful home away from home in a tranquil setting with wild turkeys! Kind staff, spacious condos with everything you need!! Excellent base to enjoy the Cape.

Great place, basically a whole house for rent: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kinchen, laundry room, patio with a bbq, parking, wifi... for the price of a single-room hotel in the area, at least at the time we visited. Premises are perfect for kids, with 2 pools - indoor and outdoor, playground, free bikes, and clubhouse for a rainy day! Will definitely try to come back for a longer stay!

This place was great!! Tucked away but only a few minutes from beaches. The two pools and grounds were fantastic!!

My parents bought a red week in 1996 and been going ever since. Top notch resort, plenty to do if you want to stay put. Great shops, beaches and restaurants in the area.

Wife and I needed a weekend away and this place was perfect. Quiet and well kept individual townhouses. The registration office/clubhouse has a hot tub, sauna and heated indoor pool. Outside, for better weather there is playgrounds and outside entertainment areas. Townhouses are spacious and clean and fairly up to date, and CLEAN! This is not a hotel so you will need to bag up the laundry sheets, set the dishwasher and take out the trash before you leave. It was well worth it to have the distance and seclusion these townhouses offer over a hotel. Plenty of great restaurants and things to do in the area. Check out the Island Blue Crab for the best meal of your life, or Laurinos Tavern for a more casual time but great food. Don't forget to walk the Nickerson State Park.

The place is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. We rented bikes from the resort for a day. The bike rental prices are reasonable, however, they need maintenance- some of the bikes had wobbly tires, loose breaks, etc. It took us some time to choose the right bikes but later we had no trouble the entire day (biked 25 miles). When we mentioned this during checkout, they were kind enough to waive off the bike rental charges. Over all very satisfied with the stay. Will visit again and highly recommend staying here.

Super friendly staff. The outdoor pool was amazing. My little kids enjoyed the playground and kiddie pool in addition to the big pool. Great location in Brewster. Bay beaches were perfect for tide pool exploration and loved strolling downtown chatham. We will stay here with kids again. Cleaner room. Well at least until we arrived.

Everything was clean and COVID safe! The rooms are stocked with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. My only complaints would be that the second bedroom didn’t have a tv and the indoor pool was a little cold. But we still had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

We have been coming here for over 20 years, every summer, so it is like coming home. The staff has not changed much in those 20 years, which is amazing. They are incredibly nice and just special, like family now to us. The units are always clean and updated. Over the year, management has not hesitated to spend money on capital improvements. I also would say that for being in the middle of the cape, the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Our family have been owners and have all been very happy and will keep coming back. And get with Travis to play some tennis. His serve will crush you!

We've been coming to this resort for over 20 years. It has never been anything less than absolutely incredible. If you want to stay in a resort that feels more like a home than a foreign place, this is the resort to go to. The condos are so clean, the staff is so helpful and so familiar, and the ground are taken care of immaculately. The week in June we come here is the week I look forward to the most.

My family have been owners since about 1983. Great location, well maintained apartment style units. Never hear any sounds from the adjacent units. In non-covid season there's a jacuzzi & sauna as well as swimming pool & sauna. Most affordable for a week on Cape Cod.

Has been a great vacation spot for us for many years. Pool was a good temp, playground is a bit old but that didn't stop my kid from having fun on it. Good location on the cape. Will probably be back next year.

We stayed here for the second time for a week stay. The resort is fantastic. The people are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Everything I needed was here. Lots of activities for it kids and the pool was big and clean. Really love this resort.

I stayed here almost 25 yrs ago. It's still a lovely getaway today for the entire family. I love the cozy living room and dining room. The rooms are wonderful. VERY clean!

Been going here with my parents since I was about 8 yrs old. It was great then. Had everything any kid could want, and my parents had a blast too! From the spacious living accommodations, to the tennis courts, outdoor and indoor pools, shuffleboard, and so many other things, it was not unlike 3+ star resorts we'd been in. That was over 30 years ago. 42 now, I have my own kids, and it hasn't changed... That is, still provides updated spacious living arrangements and amenities, more entertainment, like racquetball, pickelball and volleyball, and a larger updated clubhouse.

Honestly love this place, always have. My kids love it. That means everything. That they can enjoy it like I did as a kid means everything. Having stayed in top shape my entire life hasn't hurt, since I'm able to do everything with them, keeping up with all 3, ages 5, 6 and 15.

This place has it all, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone, from a casual traveller to a seasoned globe trotter.

One gripe I had was that there was no TV in any room except the living room. What is this, the 21st century? Get up to date BG.

My family and I have time share with Brewster Green and we love it! Travis and Linda are behind their front desk often, and amazingly friendly! The Indoor pool is always my sons and my favorite part. They have some indoor space for bad-mitten/ volleyball/ or just a fun game with the little ones, and an outdoor activity area as well! High recommend stopping in!

Nice resort in the middle of the cape, so easy and quick to get to various locations on the cape. Parking appears to be first come first serve, so you may not get the spot outside your apartment. Not an issue as there is plenty of parking, assuming your okay to spend an extra 20 seconds walking. Has a log fire, but you must use special logs which are available at the front desk, for a fee.

Perfect for our needs. Visited in late Feb. Quiet . . . great rest . . . fully equipped kitchen. Looking forward to another visit.

Just got back. I love Brewster Green and will be back.
