I rented my unit 10/2020 and have been faithful and in good standing every month. When the owner retired and sold out to ASG, I was concerned. My concern was valid. The rent was raised $10 monthly and now I'm being charged an additional $10.95 monthly without authorization for insurance that I never signed up for. I contacted them about it after the first charge, but was ignored. I contacted them after the second charge, documenting the first attempt to contact and attached delivery verification and finally get a contact back, but nothing is resolved. The documents they send do not open because they fail authentication. When I ask for a supervisor, the girl tells me that there is no one above her, which is ludicrous. From what I can see through the UHAUL site they want an itemization of my personal belongings and my insurance declarations information and that's none of their business. I never agreed to give that information when I moved in and it's not their business now. It's my stuff, my coverage, my liability. I just want to pay my rent and get on with my life, not get bled for every dang extra charge they tack on for an extra buck.

This is a rural storage unit, no security, no climate control, and the door on my unit has been damaged since day #1, but I never made a fuss because I knew that the owners were good and honest local folks, and I felt good about my business with them.
