Green Turtle Bay Resort & Marina

This place is awesome! Shane and his crew make sure you have everything you need to have a fantastic stay! They have 2 courtesy cars for boaters to use. Bathrooms are really clean! They have both gas and diesel. Pump outs available at fuel dock or at your slip. Lots of great walking areas for you dog. They make it easy to stay forever! Love this place.

This marina has everything. Great staff. Shane and the dock and the dock/fuel folks are amazing. There is a courtesy car, golf-cart shuttle, and so much more. Christina in the ship store and service coordinator is also outstanding. She is great at managing the crew of techs, who give prompt and informative service. We stayed five days because we love it so much. A must stay for loopers and anyone else on the Cumberland.

We pulled our boat into the marina and were immediately impressed with the personal service by the dockhands, as well as the office staff. They have been handling a very large number of Loopers every day because of the Chicago lock closures. This has not deterred their personal dedication to each boater. A very special shout out to Shane and Robin. They treated us so well and made every accomodation to meet our requests!! This place simply rocks!!! We highly reccomend GTB Marina to all!!!

The marina staff and the lock master were extremely nice and helpful. They even picked up a gift for my parents while they were staying at the marina to help celebrate their special occasion. We are extremely grateful for them since we are in Atlanta and not sure how we could have it delivered. I'm sure during your stay they will be as welcoming and accommodating as they were for us :)

Loved Green Turtle Bay Resort & Marina it was An amazing Experience to see all boats & go out into the Water

My company decided to stay here for our annual business conference, and were not disappointed. We had a group of 100 plus, and we rented out the conference center, the golf carts, most of the available condos, three of the rental boats, and ate food at two of the restaurants. Green Turtle Bay's staff were all excellent and went above and beyond! The condos were amazingly clean. The conference center was set up to our preference. Everything was so phenomenal that a lot of our group has mentioned going back for their personal family vacations. Highly recommend!

Such a cute little place to stop and stretch your legs, look around and maybe even go sailing if you have time. While there, go to the gift store and help save the turtles while buying some cute things for your loved ones back home.

Complete resort experience with bar on site. Condos that are owned by individuals rented out. Nice floor design and the finish was great. Clean facility especially given the 🐛 forest, and lake environment. Lake is well used and had quite a bit of litter. Boat rentals available and are about what you would expect. Staff was helpful.

I think it needs to be made clearer to first timers that they need a reservation to eat just about anywhere in that area. We had an over all great time at the lake but did hear that Patti's is a bit over priced. I did some research and their own by a major food chain company so that kinda killed it for me bc it loses authentic value, in my opinion. Still willing to try it next time I go, tho. Clean and inviting over all!

Lovely cottages perfect for families or romantic getaways. Spa, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools and of course, the beautiful Lake Barkley.

Great place to visit. Friendly staff that can help with any questions asked and work fast to accommodate. Stores have wide variety of merchandise and restaurants have great atmosphere and food.

My wife and I had dinner at CYC last night and couldn’t have been happier. Great steak, mussels, crab cakes, excellent wine list, and key lime pie for dessert. Wonderful service and beautiful view complete a memorable night out.

Thw entire experience was amazing!! From Wayne, the manager of the Yacht Club with Josh the bartender and Jodie the server, and so many more! - my goodness…what a team!!! The food was excellent, and the service was amazing. We hope and plan to spend many years here at Turtle Bay.

Had a slip for our boat here for 3 nights. Services are excellent fuel is very reasonably priced and they have looper discounts. Courtesy cars are also available if you need to go into town.

Robin ,Mike and Tori went above and beyond for us. Fuel ⛽ was a good 👍 price easy access. Clean place well marked deep Chanel. I'll be back.

Everything was perfect for our anniversary trip.

We rented a house in the '300 series'. Those houses are kind of set off in their own little corner - which is nice. But they are very close together. In March, this was not an issue. In the peak of summer, maybe it could be if your neighbor was not considerate.

We were within walking distance to a small marina to rent a pontoon boat. We could also walk to the restaurants on the property. Actually, we could walk anywhere on the property. All of which is nicely kept.

The lakes themselves are beautiful. The interior being a National Wildlife Refuge means no development. There are plenty of small coves to explore. Or, as in our case, get out of the wind.

The nearby (1 mile) town has a small grocery store and an excellent pizza next to it.

Stayed here for a few days and had a great space to relax and enjoy the views of the lake. Make sure to confirm the room/building matches your expectation. There are a wide variety of views available at the resort.

Loved this place. We had such a relaxing week exploring the property and the area, even with everything closed due to Covid. The condo we stayed in was so clean; we really enjoyed the back porch. The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful and so accommodating. Even the food we had from the resort restaurants was excellent, and a big shout out to T Lawson's for their cocktails in bags!

The only complaint we had was the trash and dead fish by the water. It is Memorial day weekend and that seems like something that should be paid better attention to. The dead fish and the smell were so bad on the beach that we couldn't stay there but a minute. This definitely did NOT ruin our stay, but was something we will remember about an otherwise pristine resort. Thanks for a great week!
