Thirsty Turtle Tavern

Hubby and I went there for our last night in Grand Rivers. Colby (?) was a great server. We had an appetizer, 2 sweet teas, a seafood basket, a fish basket and 1 watermelon frozen slush. It was tasty food. Little pricey, but a great place to spend an evening watching the lake and the sunset.

Cute little place right on the Lake. Food is good. Service was good. We tried the Cowboy pizza for a different experience and it was surprisingly tasty. Nice atmosphere. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Several gazebos facing the lake with tables to sit and eat at. Corn hole bears and giant checkers. Fun place!!.

Part of the Green Turtle Bay resort and marina. You can boat in or come by car. Amazing water view! The service is always great. We eat inside most times but with a large group outside is amazing! Bands on the weekend. Bingo 18 and over on Wed! Best burgers and potato salad! The thin crust pizza is amazing too! You can also play corn hole and other games.

This was our first time eating here. The time of day we ate was minimal people. The food was great and the experience by the water view was amazing!!!!

The staff was phenomenal! We had a large group and they rocked the service! We appreciate you letting us book to bring our large party by to have a beautiful sunset meal.

Pizza was fabulous! Went on Wednesday night and played bingo while we ate. Was a fun night!

Great service, beautiful view,has a band, priced right and good food.

Had the fried spinach artichoke balls. And their version of a long Island ice tea. Everything was great and reasonably priced. We played cornhole in their nice outdoor entertainment area.

Very cool place. Sitting on the lake with sunset views. Food was very good. Hamburger & fish yum. Our server, can't remember her name, was so friendly & knowledgeable of menu. Outdoor dining with music.

We had lunch, great food and wonderful service. We will be back again. Can't wait until you have the bands again.

Great atmosphere, staff, location, food- would be a great place to bring family when there is entertainment and outdoor games- very dog friendly, brought water! My two year old granddaughter made friends with everyone!

The pizza is amazing !!! The mixed drinks are very good too !! Servers are super nice !!!

First trip and looking for a good pizza. We had heard about Thirsty Turtle Tavern, and wanted to see what view of lake we might have and we were extremely pleased with the view and the pizza was excellent. Looking forward to going back, when they start music later in summer

Great restaurant. We sat outside with our dog and by Lake Barkley. Great food and service.

We just stopped by for a drink after dinner. We were renting a house nearby and walked down. Good band, nice atmosphere

Great bar and grill with a nice dinner fare. We love the thin crust pizza. Burgers and sandwiches are also a grade above the usual bar food.
Update: 7/5/2023: They keep running out of food. Remodeled the kitchen but didn't add storage? Prices on drinks are a little high. We no longer go as you never know what to expect as far as food and they don't have any craft or imported beer.

Love being able to dock my boat and eat. Good food, great atmosphere.

Stopped here for a beer and a snack after passing through Land Between the Lakes. Great little spot for a break, and they had football on the TVs. Friendly staff, and it hit the spot!
