My recent visit to Hartland Family Dental Care left me thoroughly impressed. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and gentle yet thorough care provided by both the hygienist and Dr. Laura Ross made for a top-notch experience. The modern facilities and comprehensive examination further solidified my confidence in their service. I highly recommend Hartland Family Dental Care for exceptional dental care.

I recently visited Hartland Dental after switching from my previous dentist who I was with for 25+ years. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and professionalism displayed by the entire team. However, what really set this visit apart was the exceptional service provided by Kayla.
She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, explaining each step of the process with patience, clarity, and kindness. Thank you! I will be back!

This was the best dentist experience I've had in years! The entire staff was very professional and friendly. So kind and patient with all my questions. They gave me great information and referrals on where to go for my surgery etc. They also listened to me when I explained I had a bad reaction to the last antibiotic I took, they took that into consideration and helped me find a good antibiotic for my wisdom teeth pain. I was very happy with my entire experience and I will be back ! Also it was very clean everywhere in the waiting area and in the back where you are seen at. That was a plus. :)

I always have the best experience at Hartland Dental. The staff is always very friendly and talks through processes, tools, and why they are doing what they do along the way. I know I’m getting the best care with Hartland and always leave feeling good about my visit.

Hands down one of the friendliest office staff I have ever experienced! Everyone has been great in the 10 years I’ve been going there. Highly recommend Hartland Family Dental Care!!!

Every time I visit Hartland Family Dentistry I am treated courteously and professionally. They are prompt with their appointment times and give details of their services and costs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Not a big fan of dentists, but they explained what they were doing, did a nice job and were gentle to ensure my comfort.

My husband and I both are patients at Hartland dental and see Dr. Ross. They are wonderful! Tara up front is so nice, and welcoming and great at her job! Chrissy the hygienist was so sweet and comforting during a scary procedure today. And Dr Ross is thorough, to the point, but understanding and listens to you. I’m so glad we came here!

This place truly understands the definition of the word "Care!" Everyone is so genuine and thoughtful! From the moment I walk in, they always make me feel like the most important patient they have. The staff at Hartland Dental are AMAZING! They have taken care of my family so wonderfully since our very first visit!

Everybody is always extremely welcoming and nice. My hygienist and dr. Ross were super sweet and took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Definitely a great office filled with people that helps with my dental anxiety.

Today I was a new patient & was needing my bottom jaw tooth desperately removed before Tuesday. (I’m having knee surgery & will be out of commission for 6 weeks!)
Dr Laura (I asked if I could call her that)was so very nice, but being the professional that she is, told me I might need an oral surgeon for this! I told her, I knew she could do it & I had no doubt! I admit, I had lost a Huge filling out of this tooth & what was left would be tricky to get out by pulling it! But I had Full Confidence In Dr Laura after just talking to her a few minutes!! 😊. She & Christy worked together & got my tooth out before I even knew it!! (& with No Pain) I will Definitely Return!! You Can’t Go Wrong @ Hartland Family Dental. From the Greeting when I walked in, to everyone else I met, they were all so very Nice & Professional as well. You’ll be in Good Hands with Dr Laura & her Team!

Very friendly. They make you feel very comfortable. Explain everything and take their time with you. Most places rush you in and out. I would recommend to anyone. I will not go any where else.

Laura Ross is simply the best tech I’ve ever seen. I was having trouble taking bite wing x-rays and she immediately got some help and made me much more comfortable with the process. The lady is a perfect diamond.

This office is amazing! They took the time and went over everything that I needed to know! I am so happy I was referred here! 10/10 would recommend!
