Ana was the best. She helped us get 4 pairs of sneakers. She went back and forth to get us many options and was knowledgeable about the brands and understood what we were looking for. She was even patient while my wife took her time deciding on colors for herself and my daughter. We left with 4 pairs of shoes and very happy!

I bought a treadmill at Dick’s in Hyannis, MA, in early November. It took a long time for it to be delivered and set up but that was not due to Dick’s but rather the company that provides that service. The day after it was delivered and assembled, I found that there were few things wrong with it (one missing part and one malfunction) so I immediately called Dick’s. The first person I spoke to told me the treadmill was no longer their responsibility and that I had to call the company hired to do the delivery and assembly, and this was the day after delivery! He said Dick’s always checked everything inside the treadmill box to make sure every single part was there before turning it over to the delivery/setup company. I told them that was impossible since so many of the small parts were sealed inside plastic packaging in the treadmill box and the entire box was unopened when it got to my home. Also, how could they know there was a malfunction in one of the features of the treadmill? Regardless, I called the setup company and was put on hold for a good 10 minutes. While on hold, Addison the assistant manager at Dick’s, called me back and said the first person I spoke to was absolutely wrong and that they would replace the treadmill and also give me 10% off my original purchase. Addison was terrific! Not only did he give me the 10% off but that same treadmill I bought several weeks earlier was now on sale for $100 less and he refunded that difference too! All I can say is Addison knows customer service and I couldn’t be more pleased with him and how he represented Dick’s.

Extremely friendly atmosphere! So nice to finally have a place that supports my golf addiction ;D Staff could not have been more helpful. I learn something about the game of golf every time I visit. Thanks Larry and Anthony and David!

We’re visiting the cape from California. My 7 year old son really wanted to fish off the dock or a jetty. Not having any gear or idea what to do fishing on the east coast I went to Dick’s. Keagan in the fishing dept was incredibly helpful & kind! He got us all set up with a pole, line, weights and bait. After purchasing everything he even offered to set it up for us. You could tell he had a love for fishing and even recommended some locations where my son would have a good chance of success. My son is very excited to try out his new pole.

Biased because I work here but its an amazing company!! Definitely needs more recognition in surveys . Always striving for 5 stars ! ☺

From clothes to sport equipment, they have a really good variety of items. I have bought baseball, basketball and other sporting goods. They have a great selection of yeti and hydroflask items.
Overall, it is a good store.

The associate who assisted me, Jadaro, was very professional. For being the second day open and very busy, Jadoro did a great job helping me with my return and all my questions.
