Cumberland Farms

Always go there when I need some grocery such as eggs, milk, cheese etc. They also have a limited stock of groceries, cleaning stuff. They have prepared meals that are great and very tasty. The staff is awesome! Great people sure one of the reasons I go there. The store also has an ATM.

A great gas station/convenience store. The manager Steve is always ready to help.

This is one of the original Cumberland Farm Stores. It is small in size but big in customer service. The selection starts out at the gas pumps. Pay with your Cumberland Farms SmartSaver Card and save 10 cents a gallon. Inside the have the very popular 99 cent coffee refills plus the regular coffee, many flavors, iced coffee if you like and a wide selection of sandwiches in the refrigerator section to the right of the coffee station. They also have self-serve ice drinks in many different flavors, I like orange but that is me. This store is a full service Massachusetts State Lottery agent, has the usual necessities like milk, cheese and eggs, plus a limited supply of grocery items, cleaning supplies and many many more. They take all credit cards and the Cumberland Farms SmartSaver Card which I have. There is a huge selection of candy. The best feature of this store is the staff. They are excellent! Really excellent. Friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, smiling, and always ready with an answer or helping you find something. The store is really old, so the interior is worn but neat, clean and functional. In any other age this place would be the a-typical country store. All they need is a pickle barrel. Finally, they have an ATM machine. The cost is $2.50 for transactions out of the Citizen Bank system. I highly recommend this Cumberland Farms.

The hot coffee is COLD, customer service is horrible! I feel bad for the employees they ALWAYS look like they hate there job and extremely miserable. Makes the customer not want to come back. I just started going to this location and automatically now try to avoid it. Im not expecting great service but at least try. Especially if the person is being kind to you ( the customer ).
It's cumberland farms there not going anywhere but would like to see a different company in that spot

The assistant manager Nathaniel is a rude person. He has no "bed side manner" and seems to have a issue with the opposite sex

The manager has been there for years. Why haven't the shelves been stocked for years? Everytime ee go in there for something we cannot get it. Now we bearly go in there for anything. ( sandwiches, your type of soda, milk, etc.) In all these years we have let it go but enough is enough. We couldn't even get a coffee couple of times as well as sandwiches. We got a bad sandwich on time and threw it away.

The older woman that’s there every single morning is the absolute worst. First of all ask her a question and you immediately spoken down to regardless of the situation. After speaking to you like dirt she will respond with some sarcastic ignorant response that most of the time is wrong. I have filled up here almost every morning with 40 gallons of gas today is the last day and will inform the other 145 company trucks to no longer fuel here either. Should be disgusted with your customer service .

I paid at the pump to get gas and it pumped about a gallon and then it stopped. The screen said stopped by attendant. I went inside and asked why it was stopped. He said he saw the union sticker on my car and said we don't need any union workers down here, plenty of people out of work who live here. And he was dead serious. Probably won't go to these tiny Cumberland Farms again, which probably won't be around much longer 😂
